I had a bad experience yesterday I went with my son to eat and they charged me three times. The cashier got upset when she told her that they had overcharged us and so she only made one refund when in reality she had to make two since my account statement showed that they had charged me three times. so I will never go back

DO NOT EAT HERE ! the first time i decided to try the chipotle in the mall i was sick with food poisoning for 2 days. Second time 6 months later i decided to give it one more shot… no .. 30 mins later i was already throwing up and all night and here the next day i still have food poisoning. do not eat here i promise you there are better options

Don’t go here, initially I thought this one was great but as time went on this image quickly faded. A lot of the workers treat you like garbage and have a lot attitude. They have strange rules for food and get skimpy on meat and rice no matter what time you go there even if they aren’t busy. I would not recommend this one.

I gave 1 star because i had to, but this place is negative 1. This place all locations in Columbia have rude workers that will over talk you and pretty much invite you outside to fight. The portion sizes are a joke. I'm a grown up and don't need my food rationed out to me. The price of food now does not match up to the quantity that you receive. When you ask for more rice, corn, fajitas they charge 1.50 for another small scoop and the workers act as if you are taking something from them. The workers ( mostly hispanics) always have attitudes, they need customer service training. The managers are NO better, they do not do anything. I am FED UP WITH THE BULL AND WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. ONCE ALL OF YOUR UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS STOP COMING YOU WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS AT ALL. I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO CLOSE FOR GOOD

Got veggy bowl. Very salty Food, Salsa is very salty too. I think it is Unhealthy to eat high salt like this. Already complained last time they don’t seem to care.

I have probably never seen a more incompetent place of workers. No matter how many times you tell them don’t add or to add something they don’t get it right. They all look like they don’t want to be there and have piss poor attitudes. They charged me for the wrong bowl. I had to tell them multiple times do not put certain things on my bowl and they still did. Everything was terrible. And i still got home with the wrong order. They either need a new staff or just be replaced all together. This is the worst chipotle I’ve been at.

My least favorite location to get Chipotle. This location(Columbia Mall, Maryland)’s service has a lot of room for improvement. The lady only gave me one tiny scoop of rice and when i asked for more. She said it with a firm no and said extra charge for more rice. Really? I’ve been to so many chipotles and the service at this location has been consistently my least favorite in the past 3 years. Not to mention that last time they got upset with me because their system got jammed up because their machine scanned my code twice. Really? Blaming your customer for your lack of investment of your computer system? I love Chipotle but I would be a fool to come back to this location unless their service quality improve significantly.

Chipotle 21044We ordered food and asked the employee if we signed up today could we get free guacamole like the sign displayed them said. She advised it might take a little but she thinks it’s possible. We finish and are ready to pay. The store manager checks us out and I ask the same question. if we signed up today could we get free guacamole like the sign displayed them said. He says we don’t give out free things. So we say okay so the sign behind you is wrong. And the manager and I go back and fourth. He is saying he is able to refuse service, and overall is being very rude and never acknowledged or tried to explain what the sign meant. We wanted to know if we could get it today or the next visit. He was very unprofessional in responding to my question, he took offense to my comment, and the manager never apologized or tried to understand why I was asking. I spoke Spanish and English with them to try to communicate better but the tone and effort from the manager was just out of line. Also the food was cold.
