I went to this store last night at 9pm and ordered a medium cup of ice cream for $9.17. Seems high, but that's not the problem. The problem is I paid for it and sat down with my coworkers and was approached again by the counter and was told I did not pay. I said multiple times to the young lady that I did pay. She looked at me and blatantly said no, and demanded I run my card again. I'm not sure what the motivation for this behavior towards me could have been. The manager of this store has since reached out to me via text and said "We will educate the crew thoroughly and make sure it will not happen again." I hope so. This shouldn't just be a *how to behave at work* thing, but more a *how to behave in life* thing. Just be nice to people. If someone tells you they paid, they probably did. I wish I had thought to pull up my credit card app on my phone at the time, I've just never had this happen to me before. I will never visit this place again, probably won't even have ice cream again after having this kind of experience. UPDATE: The manager of this store refunded me in full and apologized for actions of his employee. I did mention certain things you cannot train. His new employee clearly wanted me to feel as if I had done something wrong when I didn't, a $10 refund still doesn't fix that.

Quick stop for ice cream with family after dinner to one of my favorite Ice cream shops. I was able to get strawberry ice cream with graham cracker crumbles mixed in.....how delicious and yummy. Will definitely return

Management is very disrespectful . Also very unsanitary people were sick while making my ice cream had to throw it away.
Kind of just stood awkwardly in the lobby for five to six minutes while both workers were in the back. One was washing dishes with earbuds in, saw flashes of the other worker as I tried to make myself visible. Didn't feel like making a scene, so I just left sans ice cream.Edit for owner: happened between 5:20pm and 5:30pm the day of the post
