This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the fried catfish, collard greens and French fries. I received fried fish but it was not catfish. It was fried hard which is how I like it, but the seasoning was awful. The seasoning overpowered the taste of the fish. I wish it had simply been seasoned with a little salt and pepper only. The collard greens had the same seasoning as the catfish. Awful seasoning. The potatoes were not fried. They appeared to be steamed. Overall , I was not satisfied with the taste of the food. Sometimes simple is better. On a positive note, delivery was timely, the prices were reasonable, and food portions were ample. Please lay off of that seasoning or give customers the option of salt and pepper only. I will only order again if that is an option.

While I dont normally eat fried foods, every now and then you have to satisfy that inner craving. And for me on this particular day it was fried chicken. I've ate from here twice so far and on both occasions it was always hot, fresh, and crispy. Never tasted like it was old or had been sitting around all day. I believe they cook to order which has been my experience on both occasions.

Food is so delicious and good service. They have the best chicken wings and fish!Update: they built the outdoor seating recently. It is very cozy and beautiful with the lights! I ordered wings, fish, and butterfly shrimps. It was soooooo delicious!! My kids loved to seat and play outside .

I'm not sure if we went at the wrong time or do we just go to the wrong place but this had to been the driest fish driest hard fried western fries I've ever tasted this is a warning this place is not what it's hyped up to be at this point. We will give it another try but definitely a different dish the fish is not what the rating say you've been warned... PS if you get it make sure you have a tall glass of water because it's salty and dry...
