The food here is a solid five. Saw this Taqueria and wife and I decided to give it a try. We had Empanadas, Steak Quesadilla and the fabulous Tripleta Sandwich. All 3 were very delicious, especially the Tripleta sandwich. Why couldn't I have found this Taqueria sooner.

My family and I have eaten from the DMV Taqueria food truck on multiple occasions, and it's so good! I can only speak to the birria... we've had birria tacos, birria fries, and birria empanada. Everything is made to order, so it's hot and fresh when you get it. They're pretty high class and even give you a little buzzer to hang onto that will alert you when your order is ready. My ONLY issue is that I am a huge lightweight (is that an oxymoron?) when it comes to spicy food, and the spiciness of the birria is so inconsistent from visit to visit. Last time we ordered it, my lips and my tongue were on fire, and I just couldn't eat it. But on most other occasions, it hasn't been like that. I just wish it was more consistent.

Hands down, amazing food. I had the birria tacos that were simply delicious. The food was quickly made and I didn't have to wait long. Not only is the food phenomenal, but the owner of the truck is incredibly kind and generous. Also, I am celiac and I need to eat gluten free. The owner specifically made sure that my tacos were safe for me to eat. Five stars all around!
