Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides from Dominos on Freetown Road, we are a non-pork household and we ordered 2 pizzas without any pork products. We instead received 1 sausage+ham pizza and 1 chicken+bacon pizza, neither of which we can eat. So we politely called and asked that they resend the correct order, which they agreed to do. However, the second delivery was a single plain cheese pizza, and the delivery driver told us to call the store because the ticket he had (which he showed us) said the replacement for the two 2-topping pizzas we ordered was a single cheese pizza. WTH?! So of course we called the store AGAIN. The person we spoke with said the replacement for our original order of two 2-topping pizzas was in fact to be a single cheese pizza, and that we would have to speak with the manager. The manager got on and was very defensive, I said "we just want the pizzas we originally ordered, dude" - which set him off. He told me that I had gravely disrepected him by calling him "dude" (is that disrepectful?) and that because he doesn't tolerate that disrepect, he refused to send the correct order and was just going to cancel our order so after all of that we would not have anything to eat.... As I was getting angry, my sister took over the phone and tried to diffuse the situation, but this alleged manager told her that my disrepect had "ruined it for everyone here" and he would not correct their duplicate errors. As she continued to ask him to just send the correct pizzas, he changed his story and claimed that I used profanity when speaking to him (after originally claiming that the offense was calling him "dude"). He also refused to give us his name despite multiple requests. In any event, we never got the pizza we ordered and we were subjected to a kind of crazy person who threw around false accusations and gave the worst service of all time. And we have no food.TLDR: Yes, we called twice and tried to get the error corrected, but instead got a load of crazy and never received our actual order.

Ordered pizza but got bread with bubbles and cheese and a few drops of sauce. Not sure how this passed a quality check. Dry, visually unappealing, gross! At least they refunded my money but now I’m cooking at 8pm?

6 dollar delivery charge and I leave a tip on top? My 30 dollar order ends up being in high 40s. Just feels like being taken advantage of

It was my first visit to this place and my last as well. Placed the order online and went to pick up. Walked into the store, and they don’t even acknowledge the customer. They just look at your face and walk away. Waited there for almost five minutes for someone to acknowledge, and asked me what I wanted. Everyone just look at my face and continue doing whatever they are doing. Finally, I had to say excuse me before they delivered my order. I was watching them make pizza, and nobody was wearing gloves at all. I wonder how they pass food and health inspection in this place, but I wouldn’t be coming back to this store ever again. Customer service is zero and their hygienity is zero as well. Once I got back home and opened the box, and the pizza wasnt sliced at all. Domino’s should seriously consider shutting down this place or replace all the employees.

Pizza delivery took two and a half hours. Driver refused to come to my apartment and told me to meet him at the front of the complex. I was on hold for half an hour with no answer. Ridiculous.
