Do not go through the drive thru. It consistently takes 10+ minutes, you’re lucky if they even greet you and then you hope they get your order correct. It’s honestly unbelievable how bad it is.

Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin on DoorDash, and I’m home recovering from a surgery. They CANNOT get anything right. Last week I had a piece of aluminum from the bagel shmear tub lid stuck in my cream cheese. I’ve previously had incorrect bagels. Today was really great - apparently Chai Latte means “big cup of hot milk” now, because that’s what’s on the label basically.. One pump of chai is not standard for a Large Chai Latte at ANY other Dunkin’. This was disgusting to drink. I feel like a baby drinking a warm bottle. Gross. My usual Dunkin when I’m up and moving and can drive, has a standard of 4 chai and folks I can assure you, that’s at minimum what it takes to be able to taste anything in a giant vat of hot milk. They also forgot my food today. Super disappointing to spend the money and REALLY get nothing - even when the one item that shows up is still incorrect.

Is it weird to review a Dunkin'? Yeah, it is; but I recently went here and the guys working the counter were so awesome and hilarious I had to take a minute and give them a shout out.My wife and I were on our way to a party and we were asked to bring doughnuts, donuts? Whatever; we went through the drive way and not being Donut experts we just asked the guys to give us "a dozen of the good ones" the subsequent response and back and forth had my wife and I in stitches in our car, also, they 100% gave us a dozen of "the good ones" they knew exactly what we meant.Thanks for the laugh guys!

Don't typically write reviews but after sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes and not moving anywhere, I decided to drive 5 minutes further to the one in EC and got served immediately. 2nd time I've tried this one in the past year with the same result. Don't understand why they continue to have this problem. PROPERLY STAFF YOUR LOCATION.

I have never gotten a donut from this Dunkin’ that is not stale. The service is really slow because they’re understaffed. The food is always gross. If you can go to a different Dunkin’, please do. They’re also always out of stuff. When the staff is overwhelmed they kind of just shut down but don’t tell you.
