I just left this dunkin and will never go back. I decided to sit to have my donut and coffee.I saw this worker coughing while standing in front of the donuts and the other workers were laughing at her. I don't find this funny at all. She stopped when she saw me. They didn't know I was there.I visit here often but I will definitely not be returning.

This is probably a corporate problem VS an individual store problem. But I used the kiosk to order my food. And much of what I ordered was not available, but it all showed up on the kiosk. Also, since I paid on the kiosk they could not give me a refund. So, I had to either come back the next day to get the order when they had it in stock or I had to get alternate food, which is what I ended up doing. The gentlemen working there were very nice and also threw in some extra food because of the mess with the kiosk But Dunkin should get their act together on that and not make it difficult on their workers, which is actually probably the biggest problem aside from that I couldn't get the food I ordered. All of that being said, what I ended up bringing home was fresh and tasty.

Used to be my go to Dunkins, but thier service has gone downhill. Painfully slow service, especially at the drive through. Two customers, including myself pulled out of line after ordering due to thier slow service.

I was at the DD off of Shaker and Seneca drive off of route 29. Use to be a decent place however over the last 90 - 120 days service has dropped. Orders are frequently incorrect. I was told a iced Macchiato, and a Cappucino were the same thing. There should also be a protective covering over the donut case. I have noticed flies on the donuts as i am placing an order.

Customer service is always so poor here. Not sure it’s because I’m a young lady, but they never greet me or say “thank you have a good day”. The worker at the drive thru greeted and said thank you to the Caucasian older lady in front of me but when it was my turn at the window, he didn’t say a single word. I felt disgusted with that. I think I’ll be taking my business else where
