Snowden river parkway location is pure perfection. They know you. They have an awesome system. I've spent many mornings this summer in and out and the online ordering is super convenient. Exactly what you need. They are rarely behind on orders unless they are short handed or very busy. It is obvious they know what they're doing. Even in the fly, if you forget to make an online order, this team is in sync. A well trusted location, and I've been to 5 out here. This one comes to mind 1st. Make your way over! The points seriously help too! Thank you for great service and a peace of mind weekly! 50 stars! Lol

Typical Dunkin with the usual coffee, snacks, and donuts. It does have on-tap coffees. Cold brew was strong but they skimped on the flavor pumps, couldn't see or taste the caramel at all. Instead of the typical Dunkin plastic cups, they use unbranded paper cups that don't hold up well. Bigger issue is the awful paper straws! They are crushed by the prongs on the lids, add a funky taste to the drink and fall apart before finishing the drink. It also added weird foam and bubbles when sipping the drink that was worrisome... What the heck was causing them and are they safe??Only one person working in the store when I went in, there is no drive thru. He was just standing behind the counter, there were no other customers and he wasn't making an order. Yet when I said hello and then thanks as I was leaving, I received no response or recognition at all.Parking: Located in a strip mall. Free off street parking. There are several restaurants at the location, so may get crowded at lunch time

I received a COLD mug for a gift - literally yesterday - and tried to EXCHANGE for a hot mug (I don't drink cold coffee). Was told I could only do it with a receipt. Who has receipts for a $12 mug from a gift??? I go to DD ALL the time (for HOT coffee) so I was surprised at the Jack of customer service. It was a brand new, wrapped mug. I was just looking to exchange for something I'll use.

I requested a joy ox and paid the money for it, then it got busy and the old women denied my order even though I paid for it. She constantly said she didn’t have a joy box but it was right in front of me. And she kept calling other customers forward to not give my order. Horrible service
