Katye had such a positive attitude even when it looked liked she was short staffed for a minute. When her teammates returned, they both also seemed to have great attitudes. The assumed manager was greeting each new customer with a friendly hello. They seemed to have a great team mentality. Food was as good as usual for a Five Guys. Sucker for those fries.

Restaurant was very clean. Employees were very polite and friendly and helpful. Its area is also quiet and pleasant. I would highly recommend you visiting this place you will not be disappointed.

I love Five Guys, but I avoid this location and recommend anyone who wants to order fries do the same. I'm not sure if it's the franchise owner or what, but they skimp hard on the fries here. Last time I went, a regular fries cost $6, and it was literally just a barely full cup's worth, none loose in the bag. I noticed it immediately, and asked the employee on the fries and handing out the order bags if this was the correct amount, and she told me it was. I actually called corporate to ask because this didn't sound correct (no other location gives so few as a regular fries), where they told me that it was definitely not the correct amount and that they'd look into it (radio silence so far there). Burger was fine, no issues there, but the only justification Five Guys has for $6 regular fries is the quantity you normally get. I get more fries from Mission BBQ for less than $3 than I do from this location. Go to any other location.

I used to work at this very location a couple of years ago and decided to visit recently. This new crew doesn’t fill up the bag with fries like we used to. I used to be able to get enough to share them, but now they literally fill the small cup up and thats it, which isn’t much. The food was good but overpriced as usual and really disappointing that they now skimp on the fries. Maybe another location is different idk.

Food is good but prices high for a hot dog/hamburger place.

This is a decent Five Guys spot, but Five Guys in general has really fallen from its peak back in the 2010s. The food has gotten very expensive for what it is (cheap, non-fancy food), and the service is slow despite the fact that they offer a pretty limited menu.

I make my way to a Five Guys about every five years. I will give the brand credit for the consistency of the product over the years and throughout the region. But the fact of the matter is the burgers are just okay. They aren't bad, they aren't great. Five Guys is nothing more than a glorified McDonald's at the twice the price. They even present you your order in a brown paper bag.Okay, for FG burgers are hand formed, never frozen (so perhaps less unhealthy), blah blah blah. But it's all about taste when discussing the icons bacon cheeseburger. Decide for yourself if you dare, but I say it's just okay.A bacon cheeseburger, fries, and self-serve soft drink will run $20-25 (1700-2000 calories). For less money, you can go to Red Robin for a burger with unlimited fries and table service. (If you follow my reviews, you see that I am not a huge fan of RR, but I would still go to RR over FG)Peanut allergy alert. They use peanut oil to make their fries.

I haven't eaten a burger in over a year, and this burger and fries gave me a terrible headache and stomach discomfort. Although the food was good, I am done eating red meat.

My recent visits to this Five Guys branch have left me somewhat disappointed, marking a decline in quality compared to my previous experiences. During the first visit, I was willing to overlook some hiccups because the staff appeared to be new. However, on the second visit, I received a burger with a soggy bun and an excess of toppings and garnishes that I didn't request. The last and rather unusual issue was that they completely botched my order. That being said, the service itself was satisfactory, and I didn't have much interaction with the staff, except for conveying my order. When the burgers are prepared correctly, they are undeniably delicious, and the fries are consistently hot and tasty. However, the pricing remains on the high side, which can be a deterrent, especially when my order is not fulfilled as expected, making me feel like I've wasted my money. In conclusion, while there's room for improvement, these issues are not significant enough to prevent me from returning as a regular customer. The allure of high-quality burgers and delicious fries still tasty, despite the occasional hiccups in service.

The young men who work in the restaurant are the best. Tonight, the 2 ladies that worked there tried to give me cold fries....for the second time. They put old fries in the cup when I place the order and just let them sit there while they make the 2 burgers. For $33.67, I would like my fries made to order like the 2 people who came in after me. It does not help that they were both white and I am black. I spoke up tonight and said I would wait for hot fries and they gave me 2...no apology...like I am the problem. It is exhausting dealing with ignorance and poor customer service. I will take my business to people who treat their customers with more respect.

8/9/23 7pm - The staff are doing an amazing job. I was really impressed with the way they worked together to greet guests - make the orders with care - and keep the place looking great. I noticed that everyone behind the counter is working to help the others. They also were having fun. As soon as the guest were served - they jumped into their cleaning - stocking - organizing routines. One employee immediately came into the dining room to take care of the tables and condiment center. As soon as a guest came to the counter - someone jumped to serve them. BRAVO to the people that cultivated and maintain this culture / work ethic. It doesn't just magically happen. Bonus: the food was great!
