Food was very delicious-i had the chicken friand and yogurt parfait and they were really good. Would get again. The only thing was the cashier was definitely not interested in helping. She seemed really inattentive and like she was annoyed. Then someone in our party didn't get their eggs so when she asked for them and said she wanted nothing on them they brought them out with tomatoes which she's allergic to. So she had to get them again which the waiter was really nice about so that's good.

Their ordering process and kitchen was completely disorganized. They eliminated the walkthrough hot bar and that has decreased their throughput. It took over 20 minutes to get a soup, croissant and quiche which used to take 3 minutes.

There are only 3 Gluten Free options for breakfast. Literally just eggs, potatoes and tomato soup. They should have more of a variety, especially since they're located in Columbia, MD.Very Disappointing!!

Food is always great, customer service, not really. I recommend their manager needs to speak with them, they rude, no pacience they customer to order and leave. This morning, a lady was talking about my order. I was paying with the app, and the transaction was declined. She's was going back and forth. I was not able to see what was going on, she just told me "pay", one time I complain to one of the managers she said something to her to her in French she start talking over and over in French she sounded so upset because I complain. What she does not know the customer knows more than one language they need to be careful with that.

Our first time here because of a recommendation. Wow! We loved it. The pastries and the coffee were really good and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend it.
The food was fair, but it took a half hour to receive so I wouldn’t say it was worth the wait. There were three people in the kitchen and only one appeared to be working.

I just want to say that I'm very disappointed in the quality/freshness of the avocado they served me in my Chicken Riviera sandwich. There was only one viable bite of decent avocado after I pulled out all the rotting pieces. Whoever prepared it obviously saw the state of the avocado and didn't care and served it anyways. I showed the staff on the way out. Hopefully they will make note and improve quality of ingredients

Just moved back to the area and visited this old favorite. Pleasantly surprised to see that the furniture had been replaced with new pieces and it appeared more improvements were in the works. Greeted warmly upon entry, food came super fast and everything was perfect. Bacon crispy like I requested, croissant warmed. Fireplace made this freezing day cozy. Be aware there are no waitstaff: you place your order at the bakery counter and then take a number to the table. Also you can request preserves for your croissant near the coffee urns. Looking forward to returning.

We stopped in for dinner, a French flare. The cashier is friendly and helpful with the menu. I ended with the salmon dish. The plate came out nice however the salmon was room temperature, not hot, not even lukewarm. The sides were steamy hot including a delicious small French bread. The manager/supervisor came over and said that she would warm up the salmon. After five minutes, she came out with my plate the salmon temperature was just the same as it was first served. The rice & broccoli were extra steamy hot; they were good and if only the salmon was hot then it would have been good-delicious. I did not send it back bc they were getting in many customers. My meal was disappointing!!
