This is perhaps the worse Mcdonalds I've been to in my LIFE! The drive through staff is rude and EXTREMELY impatient.. It almost feels like they get paid per customer opposed to per hour. Fries were not hot, hashbrowns were soggy, clearly the orange juice concentrate needed to be switched yet they tried to give us some orange juice flavored water... Got an attitude when we wouldnt accept it...We were in town for business, we will return to the area in a few weeks but never will we return to this location.

When I ordered through the drive through Asia was literally so sweet, she let me know there was a wait for apple pies which I didn’t mind. She was very kind and had a great attitude. Her customer service was a 10/10!

I went to this McDonald's and ordered 1 pancake and 1 hash brown as a drive through order. We were on a road trip and my kid was still sleeping. When she woke up 30 mins later, I gave her the bag of food for breakfast. There was no hash brown. I called the restaurant and they said the only way they could refund me was for me to come back to the restaurant. We were now 45 further away. I explained we were not from there and just stopped for breakfast on a roadtrip and wouldn't be back in that area. They refused to refund me for food I paid for but did not receive.

Just left this McDonalds. Order was wrong twice. Young lady at the drive through had attitude on the order she messed up twice. Ended up going inside to get it right and while the gentleman in inside got me right the milkshake wasn't cold. How is a milkshake not cold? My son was disappointed in the food and drink. Sad that they charge a lot and the service and food has declined. How do you increase prices but prices worse product and service? It’s a shame…

Used mobile ordering. Went through. The restaurant. Waited almost 10 minutes in a parking spot, only to have the person serving my food forget all of the material n parts of our meals. 3 orders of mcnuggets ordered. ZERO brought out. Location is slow most times, and this isn't the first time they've either forgot something or given us something completely different from what we ordered.

The manager there is the worst. She is a black lady, short with glasses. I went to pick up my breakfast order which I paid before the breakfast hour at 10.00 am. When i went there at it was 10.30 they said its lunch hour my sandwich cannot be made.On top of that she was rude. I said i understand you work in a restaurent its hard because i worked in a restaurant too. She used vulger expression which meant I was stupid.I would say she was either racist or just dont know how to manage a business

They never get my order correct at this McDonald's. My grandson wants a quarter pounder, no cheese, plus lettuce and mustard. It Always has cheese on it. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I will drive further to another one.
