I am literally writing this review from my car, parked outside. I arrived to MOD at 9:50 pm. The store is not scheduled to close until 10pm, I walked in, the person working comes from the back, asks me if im picking up an order, I stated "no" I would like to order a pizza. He then stated "we're closed" with a dismissive tone. I stated, that I googled the store hours and it states that you close at10pm. He said, well yeah but we're closing early. The oven was still burning, all of the toppings were still on display. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he stated "I am the supervisor" I asked "who's your supervisor" he refused to respond. I then stated that this is poor customer service, he then went on to say how much work he had to do and the store was backed up with a lot of work and he could make another order. I informed him that I would be reaching out to corporate and he then stated that the regional manager told him to close the store early. He stood there giving 101 excuses as to why he could make one last pizza. He debated with me for about 7 minutes. I told him, my pizza could have been done, he then replied "no it takes about 15 minute to make one and we're closed!" I told him this was poor customer service on behalf of MOD. I walked out sat in my car and he never locked the door behind me. If the store was closed, why not lock up behind the last custome. I would not recommend anyone (especially of color) to patronize this business. The manager was, rude, dismissive and uncaring of the store reputation in addition to customer satisfaction.

Visited 11/4/2023... place was completely empty. Staff were friendly. We've visited MOD's across the country, this location, like many others, need some capital investment and renovation. I've never been into ANY establishment where the bathroom stunk of urine as bad as this place... the restaurant overall and bathroom were completely filthy...

food is good soda machine taste like water. Employees are nice when I went today they were three of them the one Buffed guy was really nice and doing his job proper The foreign girl was goofing off with the black guy who wasn’t wearing gloves and looked like he was not supposed to be there because of his attire. Both of those employees need to get disciplined. And an increase of pay needs to go to the other guy thank you

I recall that a year ago a mod pizza was 9 dollars a piece. Now they cost more and are smaller/thinner. It could be this particular mod. We are just disappointed as mod used to be a beautiful value proposition where you can get a personal pizza for the same price as a large one from Dominos without the toppings you want. Now there is much less reason to go to at all because you get less and you pay more. It's a shame because it tastes really good!
Okay, fam, let's talk food...?!!! MOM MAMIA! This is what I would be saying before this weekend visit.I don't know if it was the Christmas rush, the Black Friday sale, and Thanksgiving, but this visit was bad. Since we are not dealing with the holiday season, the visit was just bad. ???Normally, MOD is a lock. It is not always my go-to, but when I go, it is normally good. This time, the service lacked luster, and the food was subpar.So, when we entered the establishment, we were greeted barley with a hello. So, the lady made our pizza, and here is when the wheels fell off.This guy packs in the oven about 15 pizzas... However, that wasn't the problem. He was so worried about filling online orders that he left our pizzas in the oven too long and burnt the crust.So, when you bit into the pizza, you could taste the burnt crust with every bite, and the crust was hard and crunchy.I should have ordered crackers and soup as hard as the crust ? was.I must say that this is not a regular MOD experience, and I hope not to have this experience again.

Employees standing around while food prep area looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Sticky floors throughout. Ended up not using the bathroom because it smelled like urine and marijuana, and it was pretty dirty.

I asked for diced garlic and they literally put a huge clove of garlic on it ?. The disrespect. LOL. I've also had better crust.

They always ask for tip. However, service is poor. They like to see how much ch tip you give too. They didn't even put cheese on the pizza. We didn't realize till it was dine and by then over it all. They don't ask if you want any sauces at tye end either ie flakes, and no signs anymore. This place really not great and they act surprised. Also the pizza comes out burnt because they don't move the pizza. The place used to be busy and now I see why it's slow.

Gluten free options are rather pointless if you stick your gloved hands in flour and dough then into ALL the toppings...
