Ordered delivery on the website for alfredo sauce waited for 45 mintues just for it to be delivered with original sauce instead. I call the store with no answers and had to contact customer support directly and still currently have not gotten my money back. I have ordered from this place before with no problem but this is extremely disappointment.Ill be going back to dominos bruh. If you live close by order dominos from 6470 Freetown Rd, Columbia. Ive order from them multiple times and not a single time have i had a single problem.

First time I ordered from here, my children were starving for 1hr 8 mins before I left the store with the pizza, not accounting for the 30 mins I waited after placing the order. Second time we ordered, it was cancelled after waiting 2 hours, do NOT consider this location. It needs to be shut down for lack of professionalism and staff.

The pizza I received was absolutely disgusting. It was so greasy and messy that I couldn't even bring myself to eat a full slice. This was a complete waste of money and a major disappointment. This was a second chance, but it was another letdown. to make matters worse, my previous experience with their delivery driver was terrible; they called me a derogatory name over the phone. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel at 10:45PM...said it would be delivered 30-40mins.. great thanks, patiently waited....2 hours later no pizza, no dinner! YOU SUCK! Thank goodness I chose to pay cash, confirmation email later said DELIVERED!Update 10/9 8:22PM- still no pizza ? and NO call from the establishment of which I asked to call me!

Let me say this first I don’t order from here a lot. Every single time I have, my order has been messed up. Order 60 dollars worth and it was not worth it at all. Ordered the new garlic stuffed crust pizza got a regular stuff crust, ordered bacon cheese sticks got regular cheese sticks, ordered garlic Parmesan wings got regular wings, Oreo rolls burned. Why did I even give them a tip SHM. Never again papa Johns

We ordered online. The delivery did not show up. Called and was told they would make a second delivery. Second delivery did not show up. Called again and was told delivery was left near chicken coop, which is our neighbors back yard. Manager said they would not charge, they did charge, including the 20% tip. Food was cold and very, very greasy. We have ordered from there before, but will not anymore.

These stupid people messed my whole order up. When I called and asked for a refund, they said they could only give me a store credit when I said that wasn't good enough. I wanted a refund they said OK and I still have not gotten any refund after two weeks. This place is a joke and a scam.
