The soup was very salty. When my wife told them about it, the cook said "I don't cook the soup, I just heat it up". They didn't offer if we wanted something else or a refund. They just threw away the soup and that's it. Obviously I will never return to this place.

I purchased thr Beef ans Broccoli and my beef was very pink. I asked for a refund and the cashier went through thr motions and gave me a receipt indicating a refund will hit my card in 5 days. It's been 12 and still no refund. I will never go back nor recommend.

They forgot our order. They tried to bring us other patrons orders. Had to ask and 45 minutes later it came after our dinner companions were done. Could hear cooks arguing with each other as to who dropped the ball. My dish was good but they jipped my wife. Our dinner companions got their order right away and also had tofu and significantly more tofu. Obviously mad or did not care or have pride in the job. Sauce just dumped into rice making it soupy. They shorted the tofu but it was cooked. Pricing is average but for less money you can get a well cooked "combo" at a hole in the wall Chinese takeout. Do better.

As a door dash driver I have been here multiple times for pick up and have it on my black list now. No matter what time of day it is there is almost no one in the restaurant and take out orders take thirty minutes longer than estimated pick up time. There was a time when I arrived for pick up and not a single person is behind the kitchen cooking. The worst customer service and work ethic that I’ve seen in a long time. Do not waste your money or your time.

I ordered my food ahead of time. My food wasn’t ready when I showed up. The didn’t have the entree that I did order so I had to pick something else. I waited for 30 minutes after ordering my food 15 minutes before showing up. The food quality was poor. I also ordered extra protein and didn’t get it. It wasn’t a good experience.

Ordered in app and arrived to find door locked midday (2:15) with note on door saying "closed for one hour lunch be back soon. I went across street for errand and gas and then ordered in app. As order was accepted I figured they had reopened. My food was to be ready by 2:49. I got back at 2:45. They were still closed but I saw door get unlocked at 250. I went inside at 3:00 about 5-10 minutes later and stated I had ordered online. They had not started order. I was given the order at 3:08 nearly 20 minutes after order system promised it. I asked to see manager and a young lady who handed me my food said she was manager. I asked could she do anything for inconvenience and she responded rudely "us going on break is an inconvenience? I'm sorry you feel that way there was only 4 of us today so we took our break at the same time". First, isn't a lunch break 30 minutes and secondly with 4 staff isn't that enough to take scattered breaks?I used restroom while waiting on food and it was nasty. However what happened next was more concerning- the lady who claimed to be the manager followed me out to the parking lot and got in the backseat of a full car next to mine that smelled strongly of Marijuana. Guess after a one hour lunch break she was working so hard she needed a weed break.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free options.

How the mighty have fallen! Pei Wei post Covid is a mere shadow of its former self. We went at noon and there were ZERO other people on a Saturday at lunchtime. Absolutely disgusting food. They served us wilted, rotten lettuce with burned "chicken" (80% water chestnuts or other filler). The Mongolian beef is now made with a different cut that is chewy and full of gristle. The soy sauce was burned so both my wife's and my dish was bitter and inedible. I will never eat here or PF Changs again.Update: have used the bathroom 4 times now since I've been home, and this is the only thing I've eaten in 24 hours

I love the Spicy BBQ Beef. Odd utensil offerings: tiny forks, serving size spoons and knives. They were out of the green I ordered, they refilled it but did come to bring me any or offer to top off the little I got. They could do better.
I’m giving this 5 star review for the manager, Mike, that’s working today 5/22/23.My wife and I came here on the way home to grab some dinner to take home. When we came in Mike told us that it would be a minimum 20 minute wait for food due to him having no one there with him to work with the exception of one dishwasher.I work in the service industry so that didn’t bother me, as I know how horrible the current labor market is.In spite of a line that was building up, Mike remained calm and cool under pressure and rang up then cooked for everyone in line as well as all the online orders coming in.While I had to wait a long time for my food and conditions weren’t ideal, Mike’s amazing attitude, skills, and customer service made the inconvenience almost nothing.

Its been a few years since I've been but I used to love the fried rice. I did a carry out order. I ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice, chicken dumplings, chicken egg roll and orange chicken. I spent about $40 and EVERYTHING was disgusting!!! Money wasted. I don't know why the taste declined so much. I will never go back. If I could put zero stars, I would.
