I called and asked what specials they had. The staff member informed me there was a special for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $18.99. I proceeded to order that. I get to the store and the manager, who refused to give her name or corporates phone number, stated it was $24.99 and she couldn’t honor that price. I called another pizza bolis who stated the same deal was $20.99. The entire staff was very rude and I actually felt like they were discriminating against me. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. They’re just behind the counter making up prices as they go.

I ordered pizza about 2 weeks ago (12/21) and it was amazing!! The first picture is of that order. I didn’t get around to give them the five star rating I initially was going to give. I enjoyed my first pizza so much I decided to order the same order last week during a break hoping that it would be the same.. boy was I wrong. After eating a few slices, I bit into a slice and noticed something hard inside my pizza. I lifted up the cheese and notice an unknown plastic stick or some sort baked under the cheese! I was shockeddd! After that discovery I noticed the slice next time it had the same stick baked in the cheese. It appeared to be one stick that was broken into 2 pieces baked under the cheese, so the chef had to have dropped it when adding the tomato sauce. I literally was so shocked because I never experienced a situation like this and only saw errors like this on social media. After finding plastic sticks in my pizza, I called the store and spoke to Hassan. He mentioned that their store never had a complaint and would talk to the chef because all their pizzas are hAnDtOsSeD .. like what does that matter if it’s hand tossed or not. He asked me if I had pictures of what I discovered I said OFCOURSE I do! I sent it to his phone and he stated that a refund would be issued within 48 hours.. well that was 12/27 and I gave it all the way until 12/30 until I call my bank to get my refund myself!! He never issued a refund for their error. Good thing It slipped my mind to give them the 5 star rating after the first order. Will never order from them again.

The food is terrible because my pizza was overcooked and not well spliced, the onions turned black.The service is not convenient ; they don’t have coins for change.The Atmosphere is unpleasant, there is no place to eat, no adornments only a wall that doesn’t even fit the door with holes.

Previous review was for the wrong location and not Oakland Mills (guess I was upset at the $32.00 I handed over for unacceptable food). I agree with the reviewer Brandon Williams. The meatlovers pizza I received was not good and tasted really salty. The wings were not deep fried as requested and looked pale so I had to finish cooking in the oven which pretty much removed all the flavor. I am shocked because this is the first time the food was not good.

I hope what I'm about to say EVERYONE read my comment I've been a loyal customer here at this place for over 11 years, my go too's here always is a meat lovers medium pizza, the last 4 times I ordered from here it's like it's absolutely deliberately the cook/chef making bad/bottom of the barrel pizza last 4 times I have gotten the meat lovers it has been absolutely horrific!! Ingredients everything about the pizza quality too everything else have absolutely god Awful! really wondering is anyone out there feel the same way like I do. With what I been getting here lately someone seriously need to do some investigating into there cooks/chefs that prepare the food there? I would love to hear back from the owner also too that runs this place. From what I heard from a lot of ppl some one really famous made a bad comment about the pizza they serve here wasn't good from what I heard. The person that made the comment I know very well also too!

I guess not all Pizza Boli's are the same. (Gotta go back to the one that works for me) (MoCo) I was really craving the Kalamata olives...these looked like sliced olives from a can. Also, could've had another pepper. I didn't want that American cheese, but can you please put shredded cheese in your inventory??? This salad does smell good though!
I order from here all the time the food is always good and I have no problem. Today I placed order #95 on 12/09 and the delivery driver was excellent he did forget my soda, but he went out his way to make sure he brought it back. We all know normally if a delivery driver forgets something they aren’t coming back. But he did and I greatly appreciate the effort and customer service from the delivery driver and pizza bolis.

This Pizza Bolis is definitely the best in MD food wise. All the food is great & customer service is amazing with the two young guys working in the front. I wasn’t a fan of other Bolis in the area but i’m addicted to Pizza Bolis in Columbia East now!!
