Like many of the other locations in the area, this pizza hut should probably shut down. We came for dinner and it was filthy with food /trash left on multiple tables. The food made us sick when we got home. Unfortunately this is a location to avoid

Had a nostalgic experience in this rare dine-in Pizza Hut restaurant! Esmal and Michael were friendly customer-focused staff who brought our freshly baked hot pizzas to our table which sat next to the open fire pit at the center of the dining area (just like the 1970s and 1980s)… Ordered a “thin and crisp” sausage and mushroom pizza and a “pan” pepperoni and mushroom pizza — both were delicious! Great food, great service, and great nostalgic experience! We’ll be back!

Pizza Hut is a known product, and at this location I've had really solid service. Both in pickup and delivery, and in product quality. I realize many don't like Pizza Hut and that's fine. But as the go-to for when I need something soon. It's more than adequate. All sad, while you may have opinions on the quality of food, it's really pretty solid in what it delivers in terms of product and service, for me, at this location.

Excellent product and service. My only complaint: The dining room is apparently not yet opened. Virtually all other restaurants have reopened. I didn't take off any stars because I assume that, since other Pizza Hut dining rooms are also closed, this policy is dictated by management above the individual business. I hope they reopen soon.
July 8th 2022 my order never arrived. Called the store for a refund. They assured me that the Door Dash driver is on their way. I DIDN'T ORDER VIA DOOR DASH! Despite that red flag and the order already being 2 hours late, I waited an hour more. Upon calling to cancel no one would answer the phone. Great to know they dont use their own drivers.I'm still waiting on a refund which corporate has assured me 3 times within this month that it's being processed.I'd say avoid pizza hut altogether. If not then avoid this one. Theres no telling how late your order will be since theres no knowing what orders the Door Dash driver prioritizes. Avoid at all costs so you dont get robbed.

It's pizza hut. Good consistent pizza. Deals are good and comparable to the other national chains. Curbside was spot on pizza was hot a fresh delivered right to the seat of my car.

So, for the first time in the history of GOD AWFUL DoorDash, I got my pizza for the first time. I neverrrrr get the pizza at all or not without reordering and waiting three hours. I called and spoke to the young man at Pizza Hut and he offered to write a note for the DoorDash guy w specific directions and he did exactly what he said and guess what I GOT MY PIZZA AND FAST! This is customer service. And thanks to Luis, the first DoorDash guy with enough sense to follow directions. Kwame, give this kid a raise!!

This is one of the oldest pizza huts in Columbia. Today's veggie pan pizza was excellent. Crisp crust. Gooey cheese and tasty veggies. Service was stellar. The server wore multiple hats: greeter, cashier, cook, and waiter. He did and outstanding job & had a fabulous attitude. Pizza hut needs more staff. This fella shouldn't have to work like a mule. For shame pizza hut managers.
