Bought roast beef and chicken sandwiches on multigrain bread; both were horrible. Serious decline in quality since I purchased roast beef sandwich here a couple of months ago. I will not return.

Black lady in the ponytail who was there today was very rude! No manners, bad facial expressions, and horrible customer service. If you dont want to work there go elsewhere, but dont ruin everybody elses day.

One of the girls who helped me was incredibly rude, and I just had to leave without part of the order, even though they quoted me a time it would be ready (10 minutes). After the quoted time, she got short with me, and said "too long!" for when it would be ready, and didn't let me wait for it or give me a new estimate. I overheard another customer getting a refund, and I see a lot of 1 ? reviews, so I imagine quite a few people are unhappy with the service/food.

Smelly, bad service, rotten apples on my salad twice in a row, and the manager didn't care to hear my concerns when I came in to complain. This used to be a go to spot for me, but I'm not compelled to return after my recent experiences.

The food was fine, but the lady who rung up my order added a tip for herself without even asking. After I scanned my credit card, she reached over to the keypad and pushed the add tip button. Who does that?

I tried to call in my sandwiches for Togo and was told I can't, could only order online for pickup. My main issue was I couldn't order it online I have a gift card I was trying to use and there wasn't a place to input gift card info nor option to pay at pickup. I just don't see why I couldn't just order my sandwiches over the phone and picked them up.

Food is usually good at this location but constantly unserstaffed. Placed an online order that said be ready for pickup at 1225 food didnt become available till 1pm. Ppl are nice but slow due to staff issues

Delicious little sandwiches that are hot and toasted. The hots spread is a signature must on any one of these yummy morsels. The cookies are baked fresh daily, and the milkshakes are pretty spot on. I would have given them 5 stars, BUT the manager acted as if I was hasling her when I walked in to order food at 1030 in the AM.

I went to the Columbia location since it's like 10 minutes from home. I went to redeem a free original sandwich. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich. It was good. It was quiet inside. You can sit inside or outside.
