I visited on 4/3/24 for lunch. I sat down in the bar because I like the atmosphere. I was greeted by Maya, who was also the bartender. She was AMAZING and very personable. Best service I've had in a while. Thank you Maya!

Went here for happy hour with a co-worker. We got there like 8 min before happy hour was over but sat at the bar for at least 18 min before even being acknowledged and at that point, it was too late for us to do happy hour (go figure). We each just had a beer and got Mozzarella sticks to share and I must say they were surprisingly good. The reason for my good ratings is bc we ended up getting the Mozzarella sticks taken off our check (to make up for the happy hour ridiculousness).I would recommend this restaurant for tastey cheap food but remember it's a burger joint not an upscale restaurant so the service is just ok.

My friend and I ate at Red Robin on Wednesday 3/27, today is 3/31, and we have been each dealing with intense food poisoning symptoms since then. We assume it was either the broccoli or "tsunami shrimp" (name seems ironic now). Both of us have horrible stomach pains, nausea and vomiting, and brutal diarrhea. I'm talking a liquid poop fountain that was non stop for almost 48 hours. Now I'm just weak and cramping non stop, and afraid to fart if I'm not on the toilet. Haven't had a solid poop since Wednesday. Happy Easter.

Food was good. Our waitress Maya was awful. Had a terrible attitude like someone kicked her dog before going into work.. don’t work in the hospitality industry if you don’t like people.
I went with my wife for an early dinner. We each got a burger, the southern charm and whisky river with lettuces instead of hamburger buns. With that, we got bottomless salads, and I also got the bottomless root beer float. The food was very good, but refreshing the salads took a bit of time. It was not our waitress since she was attentive and checking on us frequently.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free buns, fries, and lettuce are available instead of buns for the burgers.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Sat at the Bar. The bartender was polite, professional and responsive. The Royal Robin Burger was cooked to perfect medium rate with a nice runny over easy egg and Crispy Bacon.

I've been coming here since I was young. Service always seems great, food seems a bit greasy but that's what I'm there for, ambiance is very family friendly. Carmen was really nice. My burger was over cooked but so it goes.
