Ordered wings and fries! Wings were to fried way too hard , fries were burnt when I called the young lady was very rude , talking over me and hung up on me ! When I called back she did it again I asked for the manager she was saying I’m going to have to wait until tomorrow proceeded to get smart and hung up again , kept saying our fries are fresh and everything was fresh we couldn’t even eat

I would like to know why it's so hard to ask for PLAIN spaghetti with a side of meatballs with sauce. They used to do it for me all the time. Now every time I order it the pasta comes with cheese. I'm not asking for that. I want plain pasta

Pizza is delicious, However, the wings are always overcooked and have a burnt taste to them. They dump sauce on top of the chicken instead of tossing it so the meat is not fully covered making it more of a task to enjoy the wings. The family that works there is typically very short and rude with customers. When you call them to let them know about an issue with the food they make it seem like it is your fault.

The food this evening was horrible! The Rueben paninni was cold, corn beef burnt and dried out, bread soggy and cold, barely any thousand Island sauce, fries were cold, of which I didn't order fries, I ordered chips. I threw most of my meal in the trash. My husband's BLT had no mayo, was dry, and no flavor. This is the second time we have ordered in recent months and have been completely disappointed in the quality of food. We used to love the food, Thinking new ownership, or management, something has changed. We Don't reccommend this establishment at all!

I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and some chicken fingers (6 pieces) with honey mustard. The so called cheesesteak had little to no cheese in it, whatever cheese was in there was not even properly melted, I could see part of the slice just sitting there in this dry sandwich. The "steak" itself was too salty and VERY DRY. No other condiments was included. They charged $13 for that piece of trash. The chicken fingers, same story. Overfried, burnt and again SUPER DRY despite the fact that they poured a ton of honey mustard sauce on it, which I didn't know they were going to do. When I selected the sauce I thought it was coming on the side but nope, they slapped it up on the chicken and one would think it would have softened it but it didn't. That's how dry that chicken was. First time ordering from here, and this would be the last. $25 wasted.

Reasonably priced and the food is great. It has always been great. We have gotten takeout here every week for two years. The pile of one-star reviews are 100% lying. I don’t usually leave reviews but someone needs to speak up. Notice the grammar and writing style of the bad reviews….

My mom and I order from royals all the time but this time was very different. We called them up and ordered like we normally do. An hour went by and we still hadn’t gotten our food. So we ended up calling them again to see if our food was done or maybe there is difficulty. A lady then picked up the phone and we began to telling her our situation. She said that our driver had just left and we would be getting our food in the next ten minutes. After that they proceeded to call us back and tell us that the driver had been came to drop off the food, and left the food ON THE GROUND. We went outside to check for the food and there were ants all over the pizza and the bags. The food had be left outside for over 20 minutes and they didn’t ring the door bell nor call us to tell us the driver was outside.

The company that I work for always orders pizza from here. We spend an average of close to $100 every other week. This past week our order has been messed up. We notified and the manager stated they gave us the wrong order he took note of the order, name and took down our number for a free pizza on them. This past day the company planned to order again that will include the pizza that is promised. Instead the person on the phone stated the manager who claimed to leave a note is on vacation and they will not be able to provide. We then explained what had happened but instead of trying to understand the situation, the representative instead wanted to argue with one of our employees on the phone. The person was very rude (and note we order big and always leave tip EVERY time). We have been a long time customer at this Royals Pizza place for years but today makes an end. Please check who you hire as your employees (Royal Pizza), very disrespectful on the phone. You have lost this company as a customer.

I've been buying lunch for my staff here for years and it has always been good. I saw new people today and it seems things have changed. The pizza wasn't good. The crust was thick, chewy and about 1.5" on a 16" pie, so less toppings. The chicken was fried too hard and, no, the sauce couldn't cover it up or soften it. When I placed the order I asked the young lady how many slices on a large pizza, her response, "I'm not sure, 4 or 5". How can you cut a pizza into an odd number of slices? You're answering the phone, how about you know the answer to a basic pizza question. Finally, they don't tell you, nor did I see it posted, that they charge for using a credit card, "cc service fee". I own a business. I understand how much fees are, but, be upfront with your customers. Don't worry, I won't be back.
