Cute shop! Clean, staff was helpful and professional. Super disappointed with the cake I ordered. I paid $54 for a 6” round birthday cake. Confetti cake and vanilla buttercream icing. Tasted like Betty Crocker cake mix and icing. I could have done better. For that price I expected something more. Will not be returning

Service and atmosphere was good, but the cupcakes were well below expectations. This is coming from someone who bakes custom cakes/cupcakes for clients. I expected the cupcakes to be moist and have a good flavor. For example, the peanut butter cupcake was dry and the icing had little peanut butter flavor. The super chocolate cake was very dry, and the icing did not taste like chocolate and left an oily aftertaste in my mouth. The icing was so bad that I had to take the icing off. The fudge cupcake was good. The cake was moist and the icing was good, but it tastes like it was a store bought cake & icing mix (like Betty Crocker). The lemon drop cupcake was a vanilla cake base that was moist. It had a lemon curd filling & was good, but there was a lack of lemon curd (the only lemon part). The vanilla icing was way to sweet. We assumed the cake or icing would be lemon, but it wasn't, which was slightly disappointing.

All of the cupcakes we had were moist, fluffy and delicious. I just picked a few chocolate ones but they have a good variety to choose from. Plus ice cream. Very happy I decided to stop in.

Frequent buyer of both cupcakes & ice cream here. Left cupcakes behind lately ... although they are well decorated & tasty ... nothing special for the price. My most recent visit will be my last ... Sad to say ... it appears the small serving of ice cream costing $4.20 is now one very small scoop instead of the normal two small scoops and is "lost" in the lidded cup. When i questioned the change in size of the serving .... the male behind the counter acted as though he didn't know what i was talking about ... poor customer service ... price gouging at its finest here :( Ben & Jerry's will be just fine ...

Was trying to get an order placed for valentine's and after 6 different places either being rude or unable to help I found Smallcakes. Chris took my order and was both helpful and kind and even guided me through how I needed to place the order. The cupcakes looked and tasted amazing but the awesome customer service is what will keep me coming back.

Delicious moist cupcakes. They're kind of pricy, but that's expected with the current economy. It's a cute little shop. You can't eat in there (no tables/chairs) but cupcakes are yum!
Food and service are 10 STARS . The owner and her husband are there everyday at 0500 to prepare FRESH cupcakes and the wonderful attention to detail is evident in every cupcake!

Delicious, flavor forward frosting with excellent cake! Some other cupcake places just focus on sugar as the overwhelming frosting flavor, which can get a bit too sweet. I also think they make an excellent chocolate cupcake - it's not sour or dry, but moist and rich. Sometimes they sell out though by the end of the day :(

The cupcakes tasted good but the reported hours on Apple Maps were incorrect. Ain't no way a business in 2023 should be ignorant to the ways their customers will look up their hours and address. Fix it.

The decor was beautiful and the customer service was great. However, when it comes to taste, this location by far is the worse. I've been to the Columbia location three times and I don't think I'll be returning. This is the only location that does not rationalize the icing on the cupcakes. Large cupcake, but not enough icing. I purchased the wedding cake and the red velvet cake. The cake was dry. I wish each time I went, the experience would of gotten better.

Cupcakes are very good light and fluffy inside not too sweet just right. The icing is very good as well not to sweet taste like old fashion birthday cake icing not too sweet just right.My fav are the sprinkles and the wedding cake they also have weekly special cupcakes two each week I believe churro was very good that was the special this week definitely worth coming back for more
