On April 14, 2023 at 8:13pm that girl that was there should have more customer service knowledge, she was rude, (I get it maybe she was tired but she could be more friendly.. I was tired too and I’m always friendly with others) it was Friday so I had my app so I can receive my 32oz, she literally add a whole cup full of ice to the little things that she add to my protein shake. (I was like what?!) The flavor of my smoothie was more like crushed ice and chocolate. Horrible! But I couldn’t say nothing because honestly I didn’t want to deal with her bad energy. I felt it was a ripped off, and she even ask for tip when I was paying, I tipped her ( but it’s odd bc other establishments are not asking for tips anymore). Even that I tipped her she was rude and my shake was bad. I’ll go to another location next time ✌️

By far the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. I do not write reviews but this place is terrible, we did an app pickup and I got there almost 15 minutes after the pickup in an empty restaurant and the person hadn't even started to make it yet.

Ordered two smoothies today ( Fri Oct 29 2021). Delivery time was stated 2:58p. Long disappointing frustrating story short… was informed order delivered to wrong address…not my problem) and manager will not be in until Monday( Nov 1 2021)!!!! And Zander who I spoke to doesn’t have enough initiative to make a decision . First and last time of patronizing this business! I suggest some customer service training though. I rate you a negative.. I could not post without at least one star. Poor Poor Customer service.

I love Smoothie King, always have, always will, no matter how bankrupt they leave me lol. This location is located in the small Lynx Lane shopping center, behind the CVS, which is a new-ish developed section in the Columbia area. Because of that, lines here are never too long and you are able to easily grab-n-go with your drink. I'm personally a 32oz gal myself because there's no such thing as overindulgence (blocking my ears in case you tell me otherwise). Order the Island Impact on your next visit. Trust me.

I just started working in Columbia and I was exited To know that a smoothie king was super close to my job! I’ve been here atleast 3-4 times since working out here ! First of all the costumer service is straight up pathetic ! Every time I have called every person who has answered the phone sounds like they are picking up their personal phone. They are always MONOTONED AND SOUND LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. Today I went there and there was an African American female at the cash register (low pony tail with part down the middle). She greeted all the white customers with bright eyes and preppy voice but as soon as I walked up she gave off a very unpleasant greeting. She gave me my total asked me “cash or card” very annoyed and before I could even tell her card she turned and walked away. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt. She called out EVERYONES order by the name of the item or items. When it was my turn my back was facing the counter over by the door the same girl that took my order said “here you go” put it down on the counter and walked away.. I said “oh is this for me” only because I didn’t want to pick up someone’s order! She replied AGAIN WITH HER BACK TURNED WALKING AWAY “yeah”. She snatched my receipt out of the machine balled it up and threw it in the trash. This is very disheartening to be treated so poorly especially by my own people. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location ! Every staff in there has nasty attitude problems.
