Google says this location opens at 7 am. Went to this location and the door says 8 am. I arrived at 9 am and they weren't open. The man inside signed to me with hands 10. This is unacceptable. I was trying to get my lunch before going into work.

On 12/31, I placed an online pickup order using the FLBOGO promo code. My order was set for pickup at 7:15 PM. At 7:01 I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I drove to the restaurant to ask why my order was cancelled and was told they do not do Buy One Get One Free. I am confused as to why/how this restaurant does not offer this when the location was picked before the promo code was even put in. I would also like to add there was no denial of the promo code at checkout. I was charged, order was being prepared, then just cancelled. I don't think its right for a promo code to be accepted, order processed, then cancelled. If a location does not offer a promotion I should not be able to use the promo code at checkout, it should be denied.

Short staffed, one worker trying to keep up with several orders at one time. Management needs to hire more staff. I felt really bad for there employee working under that strain.Vegetarian options: Vegetables

I’m a single mom and wanted to take my kids out for a treat, to Subway. I found a BOGO foot long coupon on the app. I ordered online. Got to the store and they told me that they don’t honor the coupon. I checked the coupon first to make sure it worked. I wasn’t the only one there this happened to. I got a refund and left. The employee was awful

Went in to pick up using an online deal for buy one get one free. I walk in and get told that they do not participate in the deal even though the online app says they do. Very dissatisfied that they say they participate and then don’t honor the deal they say they do. I ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere cause I am not going to support a business that doesn’t support the deals or coupons that should have worked there. Never going here again, I’ll just go to another location that will honor their deals.

Horrible service. I got coupons in the mail and I went in to use it. The person says they won't honor the coupon, that if I wanted to use it I could only get a sub with one meat meaning the huge list of subs they offer aren't included. The coupon says it can be used on all except a few new speciality ones. There was no sign and no warning that they wouldn't take it until we got to paying for the order. They said as a franchise they can refuse to take any and all coupons. Then it's like what is even the point in giving out coupons that no franchise will use. To make matters worse, the guy who was putting my sub together put on gloves and then wiped Sauce and ingredients off the counter then grabbed the ingredients for my sub putting now dirty gloves on my order. Just gross

Horrible . I've met 4 different employees at this location so far and all were rude , rushy & illiterate . The huge communication barrier makes it hard to even place an order . AND today is free hoagie day at every Subway location but of course this location made every person pay . SHUT THEM

It’s like backwards day in here. If you say yes to something, they don’t do it; if you say no to something, they try to do it anyway.This store is baffling, and the owner is incredibly rude.

Been here many times yet the customer service is just terrible. The owner himself is rude as well. They will not honor any type of coupons even if you place the order on the app. They will cancel your order not telling you why. Stay away from this location and go to a different one.

Today I went in to Subway‍ about 1230 lunch time I brought a whole cheese steak extra meat.Before he put that sub roll down on the counter I asked him one important question, Is the bread fresh"‍ an he said "of Course it is". I get home an the bread is old ,kept from the night before how do I know this I too use to work at Subway, that one. I walk in at1230 this is lunch hour time an they can not give a customer fresh bread. I hope the two African men read this review you know who I am because I was very respectful an held a lovely conversation an yet I still did not receive the proper customer service that I deserved‍‍ Mr.Walla you are greatly missed Unfortunately I will not recommend that anyone eat at this subway as of right now, an I live in the neighborhood.

Customer service is horrible at this site the worst that I have ever had at any subway I will not be going to any subway any more because of this subway store customer service I walked out of the store this day and went some where else and got something else to eat
