It was horrible. We’ve been going to this location for years, but not anymore. We had chocolate soft serve and it had an odd taste, Coconut and milk. Nothing like what it used to be. We threw it out after two bites. Service was great but we couldn’t eat it.

Shoutout to the employee working late night on Waffle Cone Wednesday. He was energetic, nice, and a great energy. He gave us great recs, was not concerned about how many samples my friends and I asked for, and was just overall full of laughs. It was a quite late night at TCBY, but the employee brought plenty of energy for my friends and I. While wafflecone wednesday is still relatively overpriced for frozen yogurt (no longer the nostalgic 99 cents), there is a good number of selections and the salted brownie ice cream was great and really hit the taste. Its a small store, but still has some seating space for a group of 5ish with two kiddie tables. Great vibes, good selection of froyo/ice cream flavors, and quick and easy from in and out. There was no line when we entered, so the employee working had a good time making conversation with us. There is also a freezer with pints of ice cream ready made, if you want to just walk in and out and take some home.

The music in the shop was so loud I walked out. While I was in there, the staff member was on a customer call, but didn't even acknowledge we were there.

I loveeeeee coming to this TCBY. this is one of the nicest environments to come in and sit and enjoy your dessert. I love conversing with the staff, who are so friendly. they make the atmosphere so inviting. you definitely can appreciate the changes and the upgrades to the store. I love this place.
TCBY must have changed it's ingredients. I had soft serve vanilla/chocolate and caused stomach pains for several hours afterwards. I've never had an issue with digesting their product. I looked online and it contains maltitol syrup and skim milk. TCBY should warn customers if items contain milk and artificial sweeteners. I assumed I was eating 100% yogurt, and low sugar instead of maltitol syrup.

I was at the restaurant on Sunday May 28 2023. Chester was the guy working the counter. I ordered a medium milkshake and a second one for my daughter. He ended up giving me 1 milkshake and I medium soft serve. which was not what I ordered. the bill came to $12.27 I put in my credit card and what I thought was asking me to enter the total amount turned out to be the total tip amount. While I was expecting the charge on my card to be for $13.00 even turned out to be $25.27. I explained to Chester what had happened and he basically told me he could not fix it and I had to come back on Monday between 11-2 to speak with the manager. I have a day job and was not able to do that. Honestly I was floored that the store was left under the supervision which appeared to be a minor. I've tried to call the store several times and no one answers the phone. I was going to have my Credit Card company dispute the charge but i don't think it's worth the effort for $13. I guess I'm just mad that the guy gets a $13 tip for doing next to nothing. He didn't even greet me when I walked into the store. He also got my order wrong. I will never return and I encourage folks to look out for the credit card machine Tip trick. I normally tip all my servers more that 20% but never would I tip at 105% for such poor service.

This place use to be good but guess management/ownership changed and they obviously don’t know what they are doing. Last two visits have been devoid of and pleasant service, the employees are never there to greet (they run out from the back), the ice cream tubs are often near empty and look old and last time the soft serve had a weird aftertaste but the two employees said that’s how it always tastes. There are better options like Rita’s, The Meadows and Baskin Robbins.

Haven't been here in so long! Came here with my two little brothers and we all got the cotton candy ice cream!! I got the kiddie size and my brothers got small. Was yummy ice cream! It was very creamy. Place is small but still has a few seats. There are pints of ice cream for purchase as well as a few other desserts! They have variety of icecream flavor as well as froyo and toppings to go with. The staff were super friendly! And gave us a few laughs and compliments!
