Easily the best smoothie spot in the area but still leaves things to desire. Smoothies tend to be very consistent (though sugar consistency varies a bit) and definitely miles above Jamba or Smoothie King. The food is actually pretty reasonable for what it is - still worse than a standard fast casual food place but definitely okay.

Very disappointed. I go here alot. So they have a new item which I really like. The new bowl which cost $10.00. Lacking of honey, lacking of the correct bowl, three pieces of strawberry not sure what's going now there.

beware coming to this location. I literally just stopped here and ordered my favorite smoothie. When I took a sip my smoothie tasted like straight ice even though I paid for extra condiments. So I asked them to remake it. They literally went to a blender right in front of me and poured my smoothie that I sipped out of back into the blender, and attempted to add more condiments to it versus trashing it and making a new smoothie. When I confronted the young lady about it she had an attitude and I didn’t understand why because what she did was very unsanitary. I asked for her name and the managers name because according to her the manager was not present and she wouldn’t give me her name or the managers name and told me to call back Saturday or Tuesday. Disgusting.

I ordered from here two times and my smoothies were noticeably watered down. I’ve been to plenty of other Tropical smoothies and I’ve never had this problem before. I would avoid and find another smoothie spot.I go early in the morning and the service is pretty lackluster as well.

Racist or lazy?I wish that I could give 0 stars because I never even got the chance to taste anything. I walked in with a smile and nicely tried to place an order but the cashier was rude, barely spoke 2 words and moved slowly AND with contention. So I just cancelled my order and left.Was it because of my ethnicity, was she tired because it was close to the end of the day?Was she frustrated because I wasn't sure on my flavor combination request?Whatever the reason...I was respectable...but I don't spend money where I'm not wanted.

Though the food has been good they absolutely never get our order right. Then when you call they don't answer. Can't get refund on the site. I don't understand-we pay for only half our meal to be delivered. The only time it's ever right is if we pick up ourselves and even then we still have to ask for items that are missing from our order to be placed in our bag Please please check the bag before sending food out. It's wrong every time Does anyone ever check the order before they let door dash leave with it? Just one final check could do wonders I don't think we can come here anymore Disappointed because I actually like the food

Food is fine, when it's done right. Always seem to slightly mess up the order. Like the wrong type of spreads. When u got to pay extra for it u should get what u pay for.

This is my second time eating at this particular establishment located in Columbia Dobbin center. I decided to go grab some food bc it was delicious the first time and very convenient. On August 2 @ exactly 8:02 PM I walked into the store to NOT be greeted so kindly by a young lady wearing a mask and braids. Even through her mask, I can tell she looked annoyed, frustrated or just tired. So I spoke to her kindly and you could tell she did not want to speak back, so I asked her how she was doing bc I felt myself matching her energy. She replied, and asked me the same thing as well in a not so nice, sarcastic way. On top of all this, there were two other associates leaning over on the counter, playing on their phone. At the end of the transaction, I told her "thank you" and she did not say anything. To me, the person at the register is the introduction to the business no matter how good the food is or how negative the associate may feel. When someone says. "Thank you" the response shouldn't be "mmhm" and this response was given when I received my smoothie and when I received my entree. I'm huge on customer service because my job relates to me giving great customer service regardless of how I feel. I don't take it out on my customers and I don't exude negativity upon and during our encounter. The higher ups or reps for this place needs to enforce common courtesy, presentation and customer service. The food is great but the introduction and environment was horrible.

Name of this store should be Tropical slushy instead of tropical smoothie. Spend $7 called smoothie worth $1. Royal Farm slushy quality better than this smoothie.
