There is not much "frutti" about this place. The only fresh fruit topping they had was strawberries. Most everything else was pretty much just candy.

bad experience at this place in the mall.We stopped by and the owner kept shouting at us because we were using a gift card that was old but had no expiration date.The owner could be heard outside the store shouting that he doesn't sell these anymore.So disrespectful !We frequent this place and I don't appreciate the shouting when all he needed to do was explain gently

Walked in to grab my usual frozen yogurt, but noticed they now started selling a good variety of bubble tea flavors that got added this weekend I think? I got the piña colada and brown sugar milk tea. Very good, perfect amount of sweetness!

Prices are now .79 cents an ounce. That means a 16 ounce ice cream is $12.64. Absolutely insane. The small family in front of us spent $40. People were *literally* laughing out loud at their totals. The toppings didn't even seem very fresh and the cheesecake tasted like it had gone bad.

Very dishonest. The original tart tasted very bland, like ice with flavoring, texture isnt smooth and creamy like other locations.

I've passed by this store many times and always thought they only sold frozen yogurt. I was in the food court with my niece and nephew and in the mood for bubble tea. My niece informed me that Tutti Frutti had it. Upon entering, I discovered they also sell smoothies. Therefore, I decided on getting a smoothie since I figured it was healthier than bubble tea. I asked the staff which were their popular flavors and she said mango and strawberry/banana so I went with the mango. The smoothie came in one size and was $6. I was happy with my smoothie. It was delicious, sweet, and creamy. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavored smoothies and bubble tea.

I've only been here once and didn't try their froyo, but got their strawberry mango smoothie. The texture and temperature of the smoothie was perfect, but the flavor fell short for me. It was a little bland, too subtle strawberry and mango flavor (heavy yogurt flavor). I was looking for a frozen fruit smoothie and didn't know that this would be so mild. It was still okay though! Not sure what the other reviews are referring to regarding rude staff. The Asian (Korean?) man at the counter was perfectly pleasant and got my attention from the food court when my smoothie was ready and answered all of my questions.

We bought TWO honeydew Boba Teas and they did not taste right. I go back in to ask for them to remake them or get another flavor and the girl tells me its store policy to not remake or refund. For sure not posted anywhere and I am for sure not going to come here anymore.

Horrible service....Their Boba tea has no flavor I ordered the honeydew and they refuse to remake or provide a refund. Obviously if they have that policy in place people must complain all the time. And btw no policy was posted in the store, on the recipe or verbally communicated.

Purchased 2 honeydew Boba Teas that did not taste right. I go back to as fir them to remake or get another flavor and the girl tells me they do not remake or refund. I ask where it was posted about the store policy and just got a repeat of no remake or refund. Unacceptable if they want repeat customers because I will NOT return.
