I was a loyal customer for about 2 years and have received great crabs. I signed up for the VIP program in October 2022 and let my yearly membership expire in October 2023. On April 1st of this year, two of the cards I previously used for purchases were charged for the $60 VIP membership without my permission or knowledge. Until I got the emails from my banks. I cannot in good faith trust this company anymore with my information which sucks!! Now I have to dispute these charges and change my cards.

They have consistently provided high quality steamed crabs to us for over ten years. They stand by their product and treat their customers via the Golden Rule. I was raised on the Alabama Gulf Coast and have caught my own crabs from my own pier but have since moved inland and have been a customer for many years. I call myself a crab expert and have eaten my weight prbably numerous times in crabs. The crabs from The Crabplace are always full of meat and fat showing they were fed in the traps and holding pens, they are the best.

Ordered large hard male crabs for delivery on Friday. Crabs arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Laid the paper on the table, unpacked the crabs and started cracking and picking. What a great way to spend the afternoon. Full, sweet and just the right amount of Old Bay. Easy ordering, very nice prices and fast shipping. If you haven't tried them, you should!!!

Great Seafood Crab ? Feast. Great atmosphere, service, and people. Then we went four blocks up the street to the Motown Boat Ride. In total almost 5 hours of fun. Check out the Crab Feast and Motown Boat Ride its worth it.

Shipping is pricey, but some are worse. I was afraid I would get ripped off like the Maryland company actually in Hong Kong. It was hot in Cali the day it arrived but it sealed tight and worth the $466 for Alaskan King crabs. Jumbo king crab was amazing to me though.The Jumbo lump crab cakes are great with concentration on meat, not the breading.

Horrible customer service and surprisingly NOT veteran friendly for being a “veteran owned business”. They are conniving and willing to lie through their teeth just to save a dime instead of correcting THEIR issue. Please don’t you DARE ask for a refund for THEIR incompetence bc they’ll gladly offer to ship MORE crabs to you for a discounted 50% off. So no refund, no original order, but YOU can pay them MORE for an additional order without even receiving your first order. Lol ??♀️? What a serious joke of a business. 0 out of 10 would never recommend… to anyone.
