They need to close this location down. I've tried them a couple of times and the food it's always something wrong with the food. Once it was something Strange looking on my whopper. Second time, it was black particles floating in the bottom of my cup. Tonight, I pull up at the drive thru. The guy that handed me my food, had his hands under his sweat shirt scratching his stomach. Sooo Nasty. It's nothing but a bunch of trifling lazy kids working at this location. They need to retrain everyone or let them go. This Burger King is so ghetto.

Not here to bash the food but their selling tactics are deceiving. I love BK but this particular location has twice now (in the past 1.5 months) up-sold me on my meal in the drive-thru. The girl taking my order has only given the size option of medium or large. The first time I ordered a #5 - Jr. Whopper meal ($6.99), she gave me the option of either medium or large. Thinking that these were the only options, I choose medium, only to end up paying $8.49. I let it go and just paid and did not challenge them. This last time she again asked if I wanted either a medium or large. I responded that I wanted whatever the smallest size was, to which I was rung up for a medium. I asked the cashier why the total was $8.49 when the menu board states the beginning price at $6.99? He then said, oh, you want a small?Please don't deceive your customers by only providing two of three sizing options. I know it's only a bit more change out of my pocket but when I'm only provided two options, when there's really three, I feel duped. You just lost a customer for your deceitful selling tactics.

Burger King makes the best croissant sandwiches and hash browns (or is it tator tots?). But this location needs headquarters to do a secret/surprise visit because... It's being awfully run.A firetruck came after we walked out the door. They let my daughter look at the truck and I told them that I hope they live after eating this location's food. They entered and exited very quickly sending me hand signs of thanks. (I am deaf.)Burger King, this is one franchise that you really need to tighten up or (in my strong opinion) close down!

I didn’t get the guys name but he was really polite he was working the first window around 6-630pm tues nov 5th called me sir and everything. I’ve actually always had great service from 6-10pm they deserve a raise!

I wanted to take a moment to give kudos to the young man working at Burger King tonight (New Year's Eve). The service was excellent! The young man at the window was very kind and took pride in making sure we had a hot fresh order. The order was accurate and well organized. I wanted to make sure that he was acknowledged for the great service he provided! Well done!

Okay I'm impressed and I've never been this impressed at a fast food restaurant before. The employees are so kind! I never thought I'd say I'd get my day made at a Burger King but that happened. Ordering was easy and she was so pleasant. The gentleman at the money window gave me a crown for my son because he saw the car seat in my car and he wished me a blessed day. The woman who gave me my food asked how my day was going and made sure I had everything I ordered. Food was hot and fresh. Truly I hope they know they're doing a wonderful job and made a difference in my day just by showing kindness
