We had already been to Rita's once this season. But had to go for first day of spring. Both people who are working were swamped but they still were being very kind and patient working with all of those that were in line. Some of the new flavors this year are delicious including the sour watermelon patch kid

I stayed in line too long. When I finally reach the front of the line to be served. They told me they was out of chocolate ice cream. Never inform the rest of us that they were out of chocolate. No sign, or even a voice.

Favorite! The black cherry and vanilla Gelati is my go to. Kids love cotton candy, or custard cone and sprinkles. You can't go wrong here! If you haven't tried Rita's (are you from MD?!), I highly suggest it

I came here today. Driven past multiple locations before stopping here today. My husband got a plain vanilla custard which looked like any old quick pull of vanilla soft serve but wow it was delicious. So much creamier than expected and I was reluctant to share as much as got twisted chocolate and vanilla. I did share mine. I have already said that if I have a meeting close to here I will have to come and get more.The lines are there because it is delicious! I would recommend this place.

Not sure but always horrendous customer service. The product is great but the people behind suck. Closing early impatient attitude snobby or just don't care. Always an issue with the people.

Went today for the free Italian ice for the first day of Spring. I asked for 2 flavors, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter, who was sitting in the car with her dad. The girl at the counter tells me she can only give me one for free and that she would charge me for the second. I asked why (not knowing the rule) and she said that there was only 1 free ice person. I of course told her that my daughter wanted an ice too and was sitting in the car 10 feet away. She proceeds to scrunch up her face and try to look around the window for my car that I gestured to. This was strange to me but I offered to walk back and bring my daughter over for proof but she scoffed and said “it’s fine” and rolled her eyes. Umm ok… wasn’t a fan of this location. The one is Bowie is way better as far as customer service.

This Rita's location is ok....but they are almost always closing at 9pm on weekends. We arrived at 9:10pm on Friday night and the sign said opened but the employees said they were closed. The best Rita's ever is in Catonsville
