I dont leave reviews for fast food restaurants. However, let me tell you about this place. Food was hot and “fresh”, facilities super clean and THE BEST PART was Marla. Easily the sweetest, respectful and loving employee my family and I have ever dealt with. She truly loves what she does and enlightens everyones day with her smile and great attitude. I wish her the best!!

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. Got back to the house and 2 of the 3 orders where wrong!! And that's not the worst thing! French fries where cold and so was my burger!! Top that off that They had me pull forward and wait for my order!! If you want my advice go somewhere else to eat!!

Service was extremely slow. We had to call out for assistance at the register multiple times before someone came to take our order. When they did come take our order, we could not order what we wanted because the fryer was not working. The food we did get was fine, but who wants just a burger while on a long trip???

The food was pretty good I got the original chicken sandwich. I asked for buffalo sauce for my fries and they gave me BBQ sauce. I asked for them to take the sauce to exchange it for buffalo sauce but they said they couldn't take it back and when I asked for buffalo sauce they went to the back and came back and said we're out sorry. The place was kinda messy and the tables had lettuce on them. Overall three stars I probably won't go back to this location.

What a pleasant group of employees working at this restaurant. The food was as good as expected. If you like it, you like it. It was fresh and hot, and prepared quickly. No complaints at all from me.The restaurant was clean and inviting but what sets this location apart from the run-of-the-mill Burger King is the great customer service. We'll done BK!

A huge disappointment. Ordered from the app for pick up. My husband and I went inside after we arrived. A few ppl in line and a gentleman and young boy waiting for an order. We ordered 2 melts, 3 cheesy tots, 1 cheesestick and 2 drinks. After we waited 37 min, my husband ask about our order. The same worker who had been stationed at the same spot since we got there says, "oh yeah here it is". The order was just sitting there. I was done when the entire ordeal. We left. When we got in the truck, we began eating. Well, the food was cold, cheesesticks were gross, cheesy tots less than desirable and our melts that are suppose to be on sourdough were on burger buns. As a former manager at a BK, the entire visit was poor. I contacted customer service. I was offered a $5 coupon. Not even worth it to be honest. The entire order should have been refunded and probably would have been if I had wanted to turn around on industrial blvd and backtrack and fight traffic just to go into the establishment to wait even longer to complain. I understand both sides in the business... Bottom line...if you won't eat it, don't serve it and I sure wouldn't have served it to customers as it was served to us.

Our order was taken by another. They opened up their sandwich and saw that it was their order. Theyit to the registered and said they got the wrong order. Then they went back and got the fries and the rest of the order.The lady behind gave them fresh fries and a new burger to the order.When my order was done, they did it wrong and asked if I would take it. I don't care for cheese on my burger and said no. We finally got the right sandwiches, but the fries and onion ring from the order that they had on the first order that the guy returned. Why did they give the guy back those fries with his order. Very disappointed
