We placed a large order Saturday night. When we finally got our delivery we were shorted a pizza. I called immediately and was told they were closing. It was 8 pm! Was supposed to get a phone call back from manager to explain how we would get refunded since we paid cash. Never did. Website says they close at 10pm.

So me and my wife ordered pizza from Fox's new location and we would have to say the pizza is excellent whenever we called to place the order and the lady answered the phone was very nice very courteous and the delivery person was very nice very kind and very friendly we would have to save the pizza was was very delicious very good we would recommend this place to anybody

I called at 4pm on a Saturday, 1/27 got a gentleman by the name of Dylan and I ordered a a steak and cheese wedgie and specifically said NO MUSHROOMS please! Went to pick up the oder said it was going to be ready in 30 minutes 45 minutes later. I got the oder and it was loaded with mushrooms and had no steak barely. Called back got a girl said they would deliver it confirmed everything with the girl and 2 hours later had to call back. I was told I hung up on the girl and I specifically said is that everything you need and she said, yes we will be there shortly. Called back got Dylan and he claimed I hung up on the girl low and behold didn't get my new wedgie and I wasted 35$ anyways, this was one of my favorite childhood memories but sad to say I am over Fox's Pizza. I will no longer ever order from Fox's or recommend this business! Sorry to say.....Fox's rocked in the 80's! I wish we could go back...I do not want any replacement and there is accuse for this nonsense!

One star because I walked in, picked up the menu , it had no prices listed , nor were any prices listed on a board behind the counter.... after saying something to the cashier, he mumbled something about he didn't print the menu , so I walked out

Great deals on their food. Big Daddy was delicious and we had more than enough pizza for only $20.
The food was great when it opened. We have been there several times, and the food has gotten worse with each visit. At first, we thought it was because they were new, but it is honestly also getting more dirty and just gross. The wings were their best item, and now they are the tiniest, most pathetic, overcooked, and overpriced item. Today was our last visit. Really such a shame they didn't have better standards because they could have given other local pizza places some real competition. To bad the owner doesn't take pride in his business.

I ordered from here twice. Am new to the area. The food was ok but they had these hot pepper cheese cubes which were excellent. Went back twice more they were out. Woman said she would order them. Decided to call first before I drove there in a rain storm. Man told me yep sure we got them. Drove down in rainstorm. girl there said nope sorry don't got them. I believe this is a family run business but nobody seems to know what the other is doing. I will never go here again. Food was not good enough to warrant the effort.

Waited an hour and a half for our order and my husband finally called to see where our order was. They stated food was returned and they refunded us. Said the driver called us 3 times. That's a lie. No calls whatsoever. Even if that's the case, why wouldn't the store call to see if we did in fact receive calls from the driver? Plus, never called us to tell us food was returned to the store! Be the first and last time we order from there! Never had a problem with the old Fox's that was there! Such a shame!!
