This is the McDonald's my wife and I always go to, and they get the order right most of the time. Our last 2 visits have not been very good. We chose to go inside to order instead of using the app like usual. The eating area and bathrooms were so dirty I couldn't believe it. All I could smell when I walked through their front door was dirty bathroom smell. Not very appetizing. We should have just left right then and there. We are now suffering from food poisoning since eating there. Won't be back for a long time, if at all.

This McDonalds is a little odd to get in and out of, but still do able. The drive thru seemed to go pretty smoothly, although there really isn't much room for 2 lanes to get thru and merge. The food is correct and the appropriate hot/cold temperature. Not a bad pit stop!

The service was AWESOME, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to be at work. Staff was happy to say that their GM Destiny worked right beside them, respected them,and was "great, the best really."I genuinely believe that satisfied employees produce satisfied customers...and Destiny's McDonald's on Industrial Blvd in Cumberland definitely proves that point!This is NOT satire, btw
