Sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came. Well this is it. And better yet you get a great breakfast at a great price. You can't get better than Marshal the owner. The buckwheat pancakes were great! Friendly service and plenty of seating for groups or just one.

We came to this restaurant because it was early and we were hungry... and because of a review that we read that we couldn't figure out was snarky or sincere. But we love this place. At 7 am there were a number of locals here and we could see why. The sausage is tasty, the pancakes and French toast are really good, the service is friendly and helpful. I asked the waitress what she recommended and she said she thinks the French toast and cheesesteak are the two best things on the menu. She's right about the French toast (too early for me to order a cheesesteak). The only thing I dislike is that this is a Pepsi place, not Coke. But that's because I've arbitrarily picked sides in the carbonated poison war. The ambiance of this place would turn off urban sophisticates coming through but screw them. It is a delightful restaurant with good breakfast. It's the kind of place that that same urban sophisticate would like, albeit ironically -- because they can't actually like anything that it full of straightforward kind people, dishing up basic dishes done well.

I didn't like the actions of the waitress that was told to clean the table's so we had a clean table to sit at and she was asked three times before she finally got to the table we had chosen to sit at and when she came to the table she said that the table wasn't dirty that the cleaners made the table sticky and I said there are still crumbs on it and she still said it was clean. I've worked with the public for many of my working years and you never argue about something so pathetic. You all need better control of the people that work for you instead of her continuing to talk to her other workers she should have listened and immediately started cleaning the table's. There weren't any customers in the whole place at that time.
Food wasn't bad, reasonable prices. The staff was very nice, courteous, respectful. The gentleman that cashiered was a veteran, I absolutely loved talking with him.

Me and my sister went to have breakfast 1st time there and last time there ..... The gravy tasted like it was from a can or a bag ..... I got grilled home fries that was cooked grease a lot . My sister coffee was cold .she ask for scrambled eggs and got eggs like you would use for a omelet... She packed her food up and gave it to her dogs ... The meal was around 20.00 ... For both ... We felt that we was at a biker bar and the one waitress was rude .... Very bad place to eat ... Sorry thumbs ?

I eat breakfast wi/h my husband and his brother on occasion. They eat there 4 to 6 times a week. I never had a bad meal from them. They have also brought breakfast home to me. Good ☕ coffee.
