I like this location compared to the one near my home. I used to drive 15 miles to here just for good food.Second time in a row it disappoints with dry chicken and the lettuce is spoiled and looked brown. I asked for something fresh then they got some from the takeout counter for me. I would have to look further than Chipotle going forward.

The was my first time here and the food was salty. I had something hard in my food and when I tried to call about this I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the location. You can't even call corporate either. Please don't go to this location.

I attempted to pick up food after a long day of work, but ended up leaving after receiving poor service and communication from a staff member. They may be new, but all is to say is to ensure that staff is trained up on customer service. If an item runs out, it should be replenished before proceeding and if the customer has to wait, that is understandable. I assumed that would happen, but instead the staff member tried to ration a tid bit remainder and when I noted that I did not want leftovers, they simply stated that it was enough for my burrito. It was honestly a bizarre experience.

Just horrible will never order food from this chipotle again I sent my teenage son for three bowls, and three burritos First decent I guess by the time they got to the third one they ran out of chicken or don’t know exactly what happened but there was absolutely no chicken in the orders my son paid $62.01 for orders that were not done correctly shame they literally just take your money. I had ordered food because I was having relatives over shameful moment. Literally, there was no food in the bowls. I guess it was just because they saw that it was a teenager placing an order. They think they can get away with these things.

Used to go a few times a week, not anymore. The new manager is extremely rude.
I sent my husband here today 11/7 at around 9:30pm so 30 minutes before they close and i got a carne asada burrito.. all i can say is i hope whoever made my food and put it together lives a long happy successful life and i hope tonight you have the most toe curling experience you’ve ever had in bed because you deserve it after how scrumptious my burrito was. I’ve never had a burrito as scrumptious as the one i had tonight so for that i hope you get all the good things coming your way. LOVE, A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I really have no other complaints for this store except everytime I online order just a plain cheese quesadilla it has barely any cheese and is 90% tortilla. It's always the same girl who makes them too. everytime I go through the line and get one they put a lot more cheese without me even asking.

I went earlier with my nephew for lunch. I wanted to use my free entree only to get charged for both bowls and I lost my free entree. Also beans were not cooked. Worst chipotle I’ve been to so far
