This just happened to me today, they took my money and said my order was received but once I got to this location, my order was never received by them or anywhere. They always used to have but the girl working today was downright nasty! I got there 15 minutes after they opened. I was smiley and she rudely told me she couldn't wait on me. I just shopped around exxon. Then when she was ready, half the topping ingredients which were the ones I liked weren't out because she was too busy. I was in a good happy mood kept smiling at her but she just glared and barked at me as she made my sandwich. I asked her if she was mad at me. She yelled that she was "very busy" No other customers around. She must hate life but it's unbelievable they allow her to treat customers like that. Saturday May 6th 7:30 AM

Originally wanted a different sub than what I got. They didn't have some of the ingredients in stock. It's a Subway and a gas station so you get what you get. The sandwich I did get wasn't that bad. The girl behind the counter was very friendly so the overall was good.

I have no idea how they even have good reviews. First of all I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread, no big deal, but they could have at least made up for it by making a pretty darn good sandwich as subway usually does, mine was not even toasted, asked for extra mayo and got only a little mayo, bread had something wrong with it for sure, lady’s were kinda rude and very very very slow. Certainly not the end of subway for me, but it’s most definitely the end of subway in Delmar for me.
Very disappointed, management here is very poor. This is the 2nd time there was only 1 lady working. I ordered online and my pickup was scheduled at 7:20, they didn’t get started on my order until 7:35. I stood at express checkout being ignored for like 10 minutes before I decided to get in the regular line. I finally got my order by 8:02 pm. I understand it’s a hard time to get people to work but that poor lady cannot do it all by Herself. This was ridiculous. Do better subway!

We tried the new sub menu, and the food was great. Easy to order, and it was prepared quickly. I was critical of my last visit here, but today, I was impressed, something not easily done. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly!

We went there today for the free 6 inch offer. The sandwiches were very delicious, but the ladies making the sandwiches were the real stars! They helped me with our selection, and were very friendly the entire time! Refreshing to see people who were glad to help.

Stop by to get a steak & cheese was the worst sib I've every had she put the veggies on first then the meat never had one made this way and never want another one if the same person is working the next time I go i won't be getting anything

The subs we got were very thin, there wasn’t any lettuce, our sandwiches were toasted when we only wanted the meat and cheese warmed. Kids meal was suppose to $5.19 I paid $7.07. Customer service was okay, but the manager was not trying to help me figure out what was wrong with the total saying the extra $2 was tax.
