The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffed animal and is so sad it’s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever patronized. There is an excuse for everything that can do with the right people in place. Today, around 3:29 pm, I had to physically go into this establishment to cancel a catering order. I asked the manager on duty why doesn’t no one answer the phone at this location. Sadly, her response was, “We don’t have enough people here to sit and answer the phone. We just opened back up.” She requested I contact the owner to express any further concerns I may have. I explained to her I will not make any attempts to owner as he did not respond to an email I sent him back in August 2023 regarding poor customer service. This establishment has to get on board in regard to customer service like the other nearby Chick-fil-A. At all cost, I will not patronize this establishment again.
