This location needs to close for a few weeks so they can train their associates or better yet hire new employees because they do not care about this job. It’s always a debacle to order iced coffee either it takes 20 minutes and they get it wrong or it takes less time and they still get it wrong. I ordered this twice and they still failed to put the oat milk that I pay extra for and when they put it in there, they only put like a dollop and my coffee is always dark. I have to fix it when I get home. This location is the closest to me but it’s so unfortunate. Yesterday when my boyfriend went to go pick up this coffee, they messed up his order three times he had to go inside to make sure they get it right and they still messed it up like they can’t be that hard. When asked to fix the mistakes, there’s always an attitude, no remorse whatsoever. This location had potential, but they need to hire people who actually want to a good job cause this ain’t it yall

These Clowns can't even make a ice coffee right, Morning shift. The Guy in the morning dont give a damn. I shouldn't have to turn around and come back to the drive thru every single time.

They moved to 5409 across the street! Drive thru lady was very nice! I appreciate sandwich wasn't scorching hot and was cooked thoroughly. Thanks.

I am usually looking for an alternative to Starbucks so the return of this location in the new building had me excited. But my first visit here was very disappointing. The wait time was ridiculous, drive-thru and inside…while I was waiting one lady complained about waiting almost 20min for 1 donut. My order was wrong the first time and even with it being corrected was very lackluster…I received half a cup of foam as a $7 cup of coffee, and a cold half toasted bagel that tasted stale. It seemed that this was a busy time for them, 8:30am on a Wed, and their communication, flow and training needs to be addressed. I will give it a try on a non busy time to see if my experience will differ but this was not pleasant.

I was excited about the opening of Dukin Donuts being close to me. Since this location opened I’ve visited more than a few times and can honestly say this place needs training. The long wait time, the young folks that work there are very rude especially this young lady I encountered with this morning she was upset because she kept getting customers orders wrong and when customers complained about it her response was I’m not doing this. Customer service is everything and this location lacks that. She even tried to get smart with customers because of her mistakes. Back to Starbucks I go

I’ve been super excited for this location to re open. I have personal experience working in the coffee industry and can truly say this location is NOT it. The store is gorgeous but that’s about it.They should’ve done way more extensive training for the employees & managers. This is my second and last visit because I decided to give another chance. Silly me.The first visit I waited 40 minutes for TWO coffees. Which ended up turning out disgusting. Way too dark and tasted super burnt . The employees looked like they were struggling so bad. Overheard one say how a manager is just sitting in the back.And now today. Overall I got my order faster but they need either more employees or just a better system of communication.Especially when people are just standing there at the front. If you’re busy that’s all good but acknowledging the customers at the front is what it’s about too.Step it up dunkin. Not too sure how long this new location will last.

This location is in need of better training and management. The lines and service is slow after reopening at new location. I went and placed order in drive thru and after finally getting to window then I am told they have no STRAWS. Wouldn't it make sense to say that when ordering. That's a training AND management/ owner issue. Try Capitol heights by home depot for better experience.

Went in the store today 4/28/23, at 2:14pm and no one was working. There was a lady in the back but she chose to ignore my calls for help or assistance. Hire more employees Dunkin’ Donuts and stop trying to have 1 person work the entire store. Geeesh. I’ve never seen 2 workers at the store at the same time.

I arrived on Easter morning. The staff did not greet me. The hashbrown I ordered came with only 4 pieces instead of 6. Very disappointed in the service.

I love it here. I love the staff they’re all so sweet everytime. The only thing is I paid for less ice and I got half a cup of ice still. I don’t mind it but if I have to pay for something I just would expect to have it the way that I asked for it , this is just tons of ice. The staff is so sweet always though, it’s a great place

The customer service was good and friendly, but paying $5.79 ($1 for Oatmilk) for a partially full Matcha Latte is not fair and some of the foam should've been taken out.
