This is my first time ordering from here I went by stars and I feel them stars are made up. I ordered two extra large pizzas one pepperoni one and 30 regular party wings for my family and I man o man the pizza is horrible I might as well went to chuckle cheese or 7 eleven to get their pizza the chicken BLAND !!! No flavor and it was dry season all and hot sauce couldn’t save it smh 63 dollars down the drain I will stick to what I know pizza Bolis lesson is learned always stick to what you know

All my food was mixed together in a paper bag leaking out of it got a video of it took it to them showed them video walked out of the building and was assaulted buy one of the employees or it could have been owner but it was the same guy I showed video to

Sent burned fried shrimp , this place sucks .. why would you send this to a customer, my question would you eat it ? Or feed it to your kids ? Wow make it over if something went wrong make it right , if you can't shouldn't be in business.. definitely won't be ordering here again . Wouldn't refer you to

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Not only did it take an hour to arrive, the pizza was cold and the order was wrong. Called back to get the order right and the woman behind the counter asked “well what do you want me to do about it?” Hmm how about sending the correct order? Terrible service and the food was average at best.
Never ever buy from them I got cold fries called 5 times finally said they would send new ones BUT only 1 delivery guy took 45 mins and surprise surprise stone cold went there wanted money back.

I liked their pizza better than other places, so I put an order for pick up on GrubHub, the app showed a time to be ready at 5:15pm, so knowing that sometimes is a little later I left my house at 5:16pm , got to the place and it was very busy, so much so that no one said even hello, until about 15 minutes later. I asked about my order, she went to the back, checked and. Ame back to say it was being prepared, another 30 minutes passed and another person asked again and said it was in the over. Finally the order was ready with no apologies about the lateness or anything at all about one hour later than the time. Though I love their pizza, I’m not ordering g from them again.

Do not order an Italian cold cut, they absolutely cannot make one. They don't even have Italian meats. They put bologna on an Italian cold cut. Pay all that money for a bologna sandwich. Then refused to give me a refund. First time trying, will never eat there again ?

I ordered chicken tenders and fries with gravy. I wish I could say it was good but I cannot. The nuggets and fries tasted like they had been reheated over again X2 and the gravy was even worse. However, I have always enjoyed the pizza at Big Boyz so I guess I should just stick with that.
