I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on a recent order I placed at your establishment. Unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience and I feel it is important to bring it to your attention.I ordered a SNACKIN' BACON with a special request for it to be crispy. When I received my order at the drive-thru window, I noticed that the bacon was not prepared according to my request and was quite soggy. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they returned with burnt, black bacon instead.While I appreciate the offer of a refund from the manager Joy, my concern is more about the quality of service and attention to detail in the food preparation process. It seemed that there was a lack of professionalism and respect for the customers' requests.Furthermore, I observed a lot of frivolous behavior among the staff, including playing around with each other while there was a significant line of customers waiting. This lack of focus on customer service is disappointing and does not reflect positively on your establishment.I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively and used to improve the overall customer experience at your location.

I was in the drive through about 1:45pm, I was the only one in line, there were no customers in the store either. I placed my order through the speaker, the gentleman said you can pull around. When I got to the window, there was no one there. I sat there for about 3 minutes before someone came and said what did you order? I told him. Someone else came about 2 minutes later and said what did you order? I proceeded to repeat it again. It took about another 3 minutes to make the Ice coffee which wasn’t even correct, I ask for no sugar. Once I pulled off I noticed the cup was dripping at the bottom only to find a hole in the bottom. Just all around poor and unprofessional service.

Excellent! The donuts work great and the sandwich was really good! The sandwich would have been a little better if it were hot. We ate them immediately and thought that they were just barely warm. It was very busy so maybe they report out, but I wonder if they were cooked for a period a time corporate handed down. I already had coffee this time though ?Overall, would eat again!

avoid this dunkin if you expect anything to be made correctly. if I could give no stars I would. despite mobile ordering 15 mins ahead of time they consistently forget my cold foam they charge me for. they also never toast my sandwhich, why give me the option then? who wants cold cheese on a supposed to be warm sandwhich? And when you tell them they messed up your order, they give you attitude and roll their eyes at you

Went to dunkin' on Northpoint. The drive-through waited 20 minutes for my coffee to be wrong, and I walked inside for the girls to tell me well I can't get everything perfect sad, just sad ?

I come here once a week to get a egg and cheese sandwich and a hot chocolate. Every single time the hot chocolate taste like hot water. On top of that the service is terrible they will walk away when you come in. This location makes Dunkin’ Donuts look like a bad restaurant but I know that’s no true just a bad experience over all.
