Let me first say, thank you to Gail Rasheed and Lucas at the Merritt location. I appreciate all of your help. They were AWESOME!!!!Now , on to the problem , I place an order through pizza hut app was charged for this order, waiting 1.5 hours and never received my order. When I called I was told the order was not in the system. So I placed a second order through the on call service, was charged, waiting an hour and nothing. I'm calling the bank to have pizza hut blocked. I drove to the store to show the manager that I was charged both times. I called the call center while in the store and the manager was just as confused as I was. I was told they cant track my order. Why not!? If you can take my order, get my information and charge me, you should be able to track the order. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred from person to person because no one knew what to do! This is ridiculous!The crew they had working tonight made a difference. I appreciate them.

Literally the worst pizza I ever had. Dough wasn't fully cooked, barely any sauce, and tasted terrible. It even smelled terrible. Usually even bad pizza it edible, my wife and I each had one piece, it's in the garbage where it belongs. Dam what happened to pizza hut!??
As soon I’m about to get my order, I see a lady and a man in the front smoking cigarettes that’s a BIG NO the lady had walked in with the cigarette smh… so I turned around and left my order

food wasn’t done. pizza was hard it literally crunched into pieces. had too call 4 times for them too answer the phone then someone answered after 4 tries & put me on hold & hung up!

this was the worst visit. no marinara for what i think was cheese sticks. idk couldn’t tell if there was cheese on them. the pasta was hard. and there was barely any meat in either one that i got. waste of $20

Ordered a hand tossed large cheese pizza and an order of honey bbq wings . The pizza crust wasn’t cooked all the way . It was soft and chewy . The bottom of the pizza was still a dough color with NO brown marks from the oven . My wife ate half a slice and threw the rest of the slice away . I tried it and had to agree . Crust couldn’t have been cooked all the way through . My wings were supposed to be honey bbq and we’re mild buffalo by the tag on the top of the lid . I tried to call the store TWICE and let the phone ring each time for 20-30 rings . No answer either time . Getting frustrated threw everything in the trash . What a waste of $29.00 . This isn’t the Pizza Hut I remember . 7-11 pizza is better than this . Tom Garvey
