I am such a froyo addict that I stop here 1-2 x every week in the summer and fall. I have never gone here and not been able to find a parking spot & handicap parking available & accessible. Restrooms were clean-kudos to them. As a rewards member I receive texts/ emails about "no weight Wednesday ", bogo etc and I get a check for each time I go visit and check in which add up for free items. If there's one thing this Lady likes it is saving money This sweet frog is clean and I have seen employees come out and clean the fixings, wipe tables and replace the low running froyo flavors. They are very pleasant every I go and they immediately greet me at the door. I appreciate that even if it's just part of the job, it is nice to be seen these days after wearing masks etc. It's the little things that also keep me coming back to this location. Definitely recommend this sweet frog location.

I was taken care of by this girl named Hannah and she was absolutely amazing and made this experience absolutely wonderful!!! I was very anxious about my first visit to sweet frog and was overwhelmed by all the options, but Hannah was very very patient and understanding and gave super helpful answers to all of my questions. She also made sure everything was top quality and clean for me. She was very very kind and made my visit absolutely amazing. I hope her manager knows how wonderful she is. Ice cream was very nice too, loved the cheese cake flavor. Will definitely come back.

I love the different flavors of frozen yogurt which is always good.
Ashley was very rude and and had a attitude but don't worry she was nice to my boyfriend. She was one her phone not paying attention when I was talking to her and asked about the no weigh days and was just rude. At one point she even tolled her eyes, There were no topping out and everything was empty and dirty. The one in golden ring is better.

What did I like:They had a decent selection of flavors and toppings. The staff was kind. The store appeared clean.What I wished was better:The toppings were stale, specifically the pretzels and Kit Kats. The yogurt was a bit runny. The price was outrageously high.Overall, I would not recommend this location. I was sad, I have best to other sweetFrog locations and had positive experiences, but this location left me disappointed.
