So the last two times that I have ordered from this location. First time after I ordered I get a call from them saying they don’t have a driver. Second time which will be my last time ordering from this location they called and stated the driver has a 30 min run he is about to go on now then when he gets back he has 2 orders ahead of me. So he stated I’m looking at 2 1/2 hrs. To get my items I paid for. Yeah Il just take my refund for the 2nd time.

Scheduled a delivery for the following day for a school team. Called the next morning at 11:00 am, ended up speaking to the manager who was the one who answered the phone to confirm everything was set and reiterate the time the delivery needed to take place (2:30pm). The Manager called me back at 2:30 and said the pizzas wouldn't be at the school until 3:00 "because the driver was dropping off pizza to a house that was also a scheduled delivery." How do you schedule two deliveries at the same time and don't realize until the delivery is due? I explained the pizza needed to be there at 2:30 bc the team was leaving. The team had already left the school by the time the pizzas arrived. Every team had been ordering from Papa Johns in Owings and I thought I would "switch it up" by trying Dominos. Big mistake. If you have a time sensitive delivery, use Papa Johns.

This morning I went to the restaurant for a pizza, the time was 10:10 a.m. in the morning, the person who was serving told me that it was too early to order. The restaurant is supposed to be open to order food and the employee doesn't have to ask me why I ordered so early. If you don't like your job, look for another one or stay lazy at home.

Driver got lost,took forever for pizza to come. When it finally arrived it is completely smashed with all toppings stuck to the top.

The Brooklyn-style and hand-tossed was pretty good as usual, but quite a few pieces of the thin crust we ordered was burnt on top.

Manager was rude when confronted about running her mouth about my kids and I while we waited outside for our food. Never apologized, shoved the food in my child’s arms when he got out to try and help by getting it from her and then she ran her mouth again about me continuing to sit outside while I filed a complaint online. I called to speak to a manager only to find out then that it was her. She proceeded to run her mouth on the phone to me (a recorded call) when I asked why she was so rude to me. Personally attacked me and asked why do I care what her opinion of me is and that I shouldn’t listen to what co workers are talking about (I was in my car with the windows down and the door to the store was open, my kids and I could hear every word because she was loudly running her mouth about me) and then she told me not to come back. I checked the reviews on google and not one good one in 6 months. Maybe it would get better if you found a new manager. I can assure you I won’t be back and have warned everyone I know in the area about how my family was treated there this evening. I have been in customer service for 24 years and if I ever treated anyone this way I would have been fired. I would have understood maybe a little had I done anything wrong but I didn’t and my son definitely didn’t. Shoutout to the store in Deale, Maryland though. A little further of a drive but the manager has always been so nice and I haven’t ever had one complaint about them.

On 12/20/2022, 8:30 pm, I called to order a small cheese pizza. The answering recording couldn’t understand that I had a coupon. Was transferred to a man that didn’t speak English that well and again couldn’t understand I coupon that was mailed to me, he transferred me to the Dunkirk Domino and they promptly hung-up on me. Called back and tried Option #3 this time, supposedly the Dunkirk Dominos Manager. Told her, I was trying to order 1 small cheese pizza w/thin crust for pick-up. She told me to go online and place my order. Told her to forget it. What happened to customer service? Anyhow, called LEDO’s Dunkirk..didn’t have to talk to 4 different people to place an order.PS: LEDO’s has good pizza.
We just had a wait time of 45-52 minutes. I received order confirmation at 6:06pm via email. It’s 7:43pm and they are just pulling up. At least other places will call & be honest “hey I know online says 45-52 range but we’re really behind and it’ll be about an hour & 1/2 if not more”. Then you pay for delivery & I tipped them before hand. A little communication goes a long way.?

Not sure what happened to this Dominos but we waited 1hour and 40 minutes for our food last night, then the employees lied by text telling us it was on the way, we waited another half hour , then went to the store to get the food ourselves, they said they would refund money but that did not happen either

Placed a order tonight around 10:30, paid online and said my food was in the oven. It's now 11:37 and the store is closed with no answer when I call and now the online tracker isn't even available. I will be calling a manager in the morning.

Ordered pizza @ 4:48 pm; it came out of oven at 5:01 pm; not delivered until 6:05 pm - it’s 4.9 miles away & an estimated 11 min drive. It arrived cold & store only offered 50% off next pizza.

Pizza and Quality of the food is always good. Do not order delivery from this location. They will take 4 hours to deliver a single pizza. I get it, maybe they're understaffed. The point is...I ordered 4 HRS AGO. That is just ridiculous. Don't offer delivery at that point.
