it Is amazing that they have added delivery during Covid! What is more amazing is that they confirm your order, charge you, mark your order delivered, and unapologetically DONT deliver your food. Save your self a headache and use Instacart, Giant, or Harris Teeter! This store is barely equipped for pick up and the staff are becoming more and more rude as they are Unable to do their jobs effectively.

Very very displeased with this product. I called yesterday to ask if they had an Over The Hill themed cake in their kits and they said they didn't I spelled the name of the persons name to go on the cake clearly and they even spelled it back to me. I go in and they spelled the name wrong, told me they didn't have any boxes and then they proceeded to SCRAPE the name that was spelled wrong off and rewrite it. I will NEVER get another cake from this institution again. Decorations were definitely NOT worth 40.99 and I'm assuming the cake will not taste like 40.99. Very very displeased. Absolutely unacceptable.

Your shelves are empty! Shame on you for allowing hoarding in our area. It’s sad our food banks have more food than your store for families that are still working! I work all week and only can food shop on weekends. I understand some items are gone but aisle after aisle of empty selves is unacceptable.

They never have baked chicken ready at 11:15A. When you ask, you get a gruff 45 mins or 1 hour. Grouchy people working the deli. They act like they are doing you a favor when you ask about items back there. When they actually do their job and get the food out, its actually good. That why I am giving two stars instead of one.

I'm really surprised at all the negative comments about this Safeway. I was always a Giant shopper, but one day went into Safeway with a friend. From that day forward I never went anywhere else. The produce and meat is so much better then Giant! My only complaint is the self checkout, the machines are very sensitive and always seem to glitch. I absolutely love Renee, the pharmacy manager. She and her staff are the most wonderful people! They always have a big smile on their faces and are so helpful.

I have to vent a minute...I have been a loyal customer at our Safeway in Dunkirk, MD, since the mid-1990's. Recently, they renovated the Starbucks in it. It's beautiful and they now sell hot sandwiches like other Starbucks do. HOWEVER, there's something missing...tables and chairs for customers to enjoy their tasty treats and drinks. I'm writing this in hopes that other people will see it and complain. I complained before they were finished the renovations and after. Th

EVERYBODY HAS QUIT & ive moved to a whole DIFFERENT STATE AND STILL REMEMBER HOW TERRIBLE THEY TREATED ME AND MY COWORKERS THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY WHEN YOUR GOING THROUGH THINGS & pretty much everybody is racist. The top people like dave & the other dude should be made to get on the register during busy times because they have 3 lines open maybe. Its ridiculous and on top of it the whole store is just out of control. Only good person there is Mr. Davarne R. He was a good managed and also kris from night shift. Everybody else can sit on a firecracker

Safeway Starbucks has the best employees!! I come by every day to see my beautiful darlings that work here. They're like my fam! They truly know how to make your drinks too. I've been to the one across the street doesn't EVER get them. Stacey, Tawny and now Warren, you all are awesome!

Visited the seafood department and the lady working there was so rude never said hello and had an attitude when I asked to have my seafood streamed she said I should've said something earlier and rolled her eyes. Will never visit this Safeway again
