Just sharing but this location doesn't honor coupons in the local advertisement. One of only 2 locations in Northern Calvert County. Don't go here if you have coupons. They don't participate. Nice to know ahead of time instead of guessing.

My wife and granddaughter had lunch at the Dunkirk Subway. They brought an oatmeal cookie home to me, since I (usually) get one with lunch. This time, there was and looks like a piece of stone in it(almost like a piece of blacktop).

Wanted to take a moment to put the Subway in Dunkirk, MD on blast for their piss poor customer service. This is the 2nd time in my 43 years that a negative experience (anywhere) has got my blood boiling. Picked up two subs last night (35 mins from home) cuz my kid has a group up that way on Tuesdays. Got home, one was made incorrectly (missing ingredients). Checked the app to make sure it wasn't my error. It wasn't. Called the location and wait for it...I still can't believe this is for real, after never requesting a refund (just a nudge to make it right on our next visit- perhaps a couple bucks off), this guy who apparently is the store manager legit told me he reviewed the cameras (in our 20 seconds on the call) and that it was made correctly. Wait, what?! So essentially I took time out of my day to call subway to lie about a sub being made wrongGTFO, bro. Sucks that one person has negatively impacted the entire Subway brand. What's crazy is how understanding I am to food service, human error, and even communicated that when I called. Dude told me I needed to bring the sub back before it would be addressed. Yeah, cuz 70 mins of my time and gas is worth that. Make it make sense, Subway-get this manager that has now cost you a loyal customer and negatively impacted your brand some training or education- because losing the long-term business from a family of 5 probably wasn't worth the $2 effort u could have made, but hey, maybe"being right" is more important to you than profit ‍

I like that Subway they're a lot cleaner than a lot of subways I've been to I just wish their prices would go down some Subway is starting to get expensive I just paid $10 for a 6-in cold cut meal

They do not honor the discount of buy one and get 1/2 price. I tried for two hours to get the app up and it never comes up. Very disappointing. Ended up to end Paying full price. Store personnel could not honor the discount even though it's on the app

I am very disappointed in the service I received here! I placed an order online for the first time, so I was unfamiliar with the website. After I placed my order, I went to go pick it up and assumed everything was fine. Upon returning back to work, I opened up the sandwich and there were a bunch of vegetables on the sandwich that I not only didn’t order, but cannot eat because of allergies. When I noticed this, I called the store to let them know what happened. I spoke with a girl and she said “Since the vegetables were on your order ticket, I made the sandwich correctly so I can’t offer you a refund or make you a new sandwich unless you pay for it.“ Apparently when you order online, they automatically add almost every vegetable to your sandwich that they offer there. I’m not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but in this instance I felt like it was necessary. I have worked in customer service for several years and know how to deliver great customer service. What I experienced that day was so poor and I am disappointed that nobody offered to help me. I spent a total of $17 on food that I could not eat! It all went to waste and that makes me even more upset given the fact that there are a lot of people who can’t afford food. I really wish they would do better by their customers. I also used to work for Subway when I was younger, and I never delivered service like this :(I will not be going back if this is how they treat people now!
