It's hard to cancel an order when the app directs you to call the store. Which is pointless because NO ONE will answer the phone at this location. I've been trying to cancel my order for the last 15 mins. The VM is full so all I can do is let tropical basically steal my money??? I just want my refund for food I NEVER RECEIVED!

This is the best location i have ever went to in the dmv area so far. The staff are really nice and professional all the time. My order is always right. Even when it’s busy, the staff works at a great and efficient pace. I wish i lived a little closer to come here often but 5 stars all across the board for this location.

This location has horrible customer service. The individual at the counter did not greet or talk the entire transaction like we were bothering her to do her job. if you don't like to be around people, then maybe you should find a new job.

Workers are often busy with influxes of orders and yet they maintain composure even with rude customers! They made sure to see that my order was complete despite nasty customers and a long line.

Most of the people that work here don't say anything to anyone when they walk in the door they just look at you. I was running 10 minutes late picking up my online order (just a smoothie) and it was milk by the time I got there to get it. The PF location has no problem putting orders in the fridge for when people order smoothies but the young lady here told me they're not allowed to so basically I needed to manage my time better. Funny, same business different location and different rules. I can say that my smoothie was made far before 5 o clock because 10 minutes late and it's was pure liquid.

My son loves Tropical Smoothie. I am sad to say that I never knew they had so many food options! I was jealous when I saw his sandwich and regretted going through a drive through for myself before. The staff was very friendly and everything was put together with care. I will be back to place my own order next time!

Pricing is too high, I'm not buying a smoothie often for 7-8 bucks. Once in a while I would and management is really not nice, he never calls, text, or emails you back after 3 interviews in a gap of 2 years. If I didn't get the job just let me know, instead of ignoring, and not telling me. But really good smoothies and food, only benefits.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean - the floors were freshly mopped and there was no trace of dirt or mess anywhere. The attendants were incredibly helpful - they went out of their way to ensure our order was perfect. They also had a great attitude throughout the process which really enhanced our experience.The smoothie itself tasted amazing! Perfectly sweet but not too much so - something you can only get from a tropical-style smoothie. It wasn't overly thick either, just enough that it filled us up without feeling heavy afterwards.Management at this place definitely deserves praise for running such an excellent business; we'll certainly be back soon!I would've taken a picture but one sip and I was hooked.JT's tip: try the Tripple Berry Oat with Honey.

Manager was rude when I questioned why walk in register orders received their order before me, since I ordered my 1 drink mobile 20 minutes prior. According to him, I was standing in the wrong spot. It was a mobile order, it shouldn't matter where I was standing in the store. Not interested in ever going back.
