Love the listening room. The feel of Avalon theater is one that transports you into the body of a musician and music lover. You feel at home. The crowd is lively, the staff is friendly and joyful. It is a feel good place with great variety of music. Make sure to check their site out for upcoming shows.
This might be the most intimate venue I have ever seen a concert at. Wonderful place with a bar upstairs. All the staff were wonderful and helpful, moving my seats around and accommodating my ticket changes at the last minute. I saw Cracker there a month ago and will be back for the cowboy junkies. Parking is all over town and easy to find. hotels are everywhere in this little town. it is only 1.5 hours from DC so easy to get to. Any seat is good and close.
