I would give zero stars, but sadly, Google doesn't allow that. This place is the worst. They constantly are getting your orders wrong even when I've ordered in person. If you order online, half the time to order is not there because it was stolen or they just didn't make it. Go anywhere else but here.

Growing up, I frequented the Easton Chipotle as it was the closest store to me. It was always a great experience. The food is always fresh and the store is always clean. Unfortunately, I have since moved to Salisbury, MD and the Chipotle stores here are like eating at a completely different restaurant in comparison to Easton Chipotle. The Salisbury locations are abysmal to the point I refuse to eat at either of them. The Easton Chipotle is hands down THE BEST Chipotle franchise on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Kuddo’s to this store & its team for over 8 years of consistently high quality food & service. The Salisbury locations could certainly use your help!

Experience was horrible. Order not ready at pick up time...not even started. No apologies or excuses. Order thrown together with numerous missing items.Pepper chat online is garbage.Order was 30 minutes late, no chicken in the chicken burrito bowl, no side chips and guac and they "gave" me a credit for a "free" drink.World's most expensive coke.

I stopped in at opening time to try a couple of their dishes for a future catering event. Got there a few minutes before and waited in the car, and then at the opening time walked up and found the door still locked. Another customer came up tried the door, and even knocked on it and no one ackowledged us.I noticed a person inside eating at a table inside and about five minutes later they got up and walked out a side door, Walked by us, now four customers, laughed and walked on by. The second customer then walked around to the side but before he got to the door an employee ran to the side door and locked it so he couldn't get in. That was enough for me,I got in the car and we left, 35 minutes after the time that the store was supposed to open. The second customer was still standing at the front door, when we passed the restatraunt on the public road. The guy that was eating inside and came out was standing at the other side of the restaraunt smoking the cigarette when we left. He was an employee. Never again, And by the way, I just ordered $90.00 of catering from Chilis.

The food was good as per usual but there was a significant line and very little attempt at trying to dispatch the customers faster. Having worked at Chipotle before I know that a good manager prepares their store before the rush and at peak hour puts their best people forward. From what I perceived there was certain apathy to the delay situation and despite doing her best the manager on duty could do only so much to speed up the process. Luckily at the time I went they hadn't yet run out of anythingBeing the only Chipotle for miles I don't blame them and not having other options I would recommend itParking: There seemed to be more cars than people inside, and despite not sharing a parking lot with other businesses it was usually full
