I get their decaf coffee, and it's the only place where I can get their coffee, and not have any chest or belly issues. I used to go to Royal farms, but it always made my chest feel funny, or I would get a bit nauseous. Now, I will always go to Dunkin for my fix ? thank you!

Stopped at this dunkin donuts to grab some coffee and went to the window to order but i was greeted badly by a short dark skinned guy with a mustache and told me that I couldn't order from the window and had to go all the way back in a rude manner. no one was behind me and I asked him why we couldn't order from the window. I was told that it was their policy to order at the microphone. I asked for a manager but unfortunately he or she wasn't there. I have ordered multiple times at the window and had no problem but the guy in this donkin donuts clearly doesn't take his customer service seriously. I suggest to not go to this place. They don't take you seriously.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Pull up to pickup window and is told I have to go back around to order kiosk to say I'm picking up this order at window I was just at. Lady at window was a nasty b**** and some guy in a cloth mask was shaking his head like a moron. Pass this one and go to the next one

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Didn't get my order right, didn't offer me a receipt, burnt our sandwiches. Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who took my order incorrectly acted like I did HER a disservice. Just do your job right and repeat the order back to the customer and you won't have these issues.
