Called multiple times to order delivery to be told it would take two hrs before I would see my food and if I did pick up be around a hr during week days and weekends and have been overcharged multiple times by the girl taking the order for the manager to have to correct the price when picking up the food and not receiving everything I ordered the first time

For lunch the food seems quality and made with care… for dinner, we have ordered twice. The first time we ordered 3 sides of cheese sauce, and 2 sides of their cool ranch Doritos sauce. They gave us 1 side of garlic sauce and nothing else, the food was over cooked.Decided tonight to give it another shot, and again, no sides, over cooked meal. Won’t be ordering again. Read the dang ticket and see what’s on the order for Christ’s sake.

I understand that all Papa John’s are franchisees. So the one in Easton, MD I would give zero stars just for the fact that on a Saturday afternoon, only one person is making all the food. I asked the girl, who was very pleasant about it and she said yes. They are only allowed to schedule one person. I even asked on the weekends too? She answered- yes! This is a security risk for this poor girl. I will never support this location again. I will find out if this franchise owner owns others and I won’t support those locations as well. **chefs kiss**

Working nights few places are open for delivery. I was very pleased with the food and service. The pizza was delivered on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza was fresh and prepared to perfection. I will be ordering from Papa Johns again!!!!

Slow, dirty, understaffed, food is often not cooked the best, just a poorly ran Papa Johns, though I feel they lack sufficient staff

Ordered 3 pizzas for the kids on Christmas Eve. Frozen grocery store pizza would have been better. I had one piece and threw it in the trash. The kids didn't eat much either. Never again.

Store has changed hands a few times but the management isn't exactly great... an overly ambitions delivery radius leads to long wait times and the employees are always visibly exhausted. The only thing worse is the other clientele; drivers often look stunned if you tip them over 4 or 5 dollars.
Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and waited till it was done in store, recieved a uncut super greasy inedible pizza will not return, do not advise getting food from this establishment

Waiting an hour and 20 minutes now for a 32 minute delivery. Been trying to call for the past 15 minutes, but call is immediately failing. Horrible service tonight.

We ordered a large epic stuffed crust pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza. Outrageous price. Cost $50.00. The large epic stuffed crust pizza was only 14" and cost $22.00. The medium was a little smaller and cost $17.00. Way to much money for 2 pizza's. Will never order anything from them again. We could have gone to Oliver Garden for less. If I could do this with no stars I would
