Went through Easton Drive Thru at the beginning of a 2 hour trip, and ordered several items each of about 5 different menu items for our family. Since at our local (not Easton) Taco Bell, we usually have to open each wrapper of every item to figure out what each item is when we get our drive thru items home - we asked if the employee could possibly label the items. I knew it would be difficult to identify each person's order in a dark car without causing a mess. They initially said they didn't have any markers. But when they brought out our food, they said they found a marker - and labeled the items for us. It was SO HELPFUL!! I wanted to write the review to make sure their great customer service was acknowledged.Vegetarian options: Decent options for my vegetarian son

16 minutes in the drive-through to find out that there is no Popeyes no famous bowl wanted the grilled cheese dip in box you were out of that as well so everything I came here for you guys didn’t have but your employees are standing around outside smoking with no product just crazy.

2.30 pm , august 18th... the older gentleman at the register was thorough and professional... I was totally surprised when he checked the contents of my order to make sure it was correct... absolutely the best service possible...and by the way the food was fantastic !!

Wow!!!! Absolutely horrible. Ridiculously expensive. Then they CLAIM they can not give a receipt because they are out of paper.... really?????Another lady comes up ans asks what the problem is and I ask for a managers name and they miraculously find paper to print a receipt......What a joke!!!

Terrible, slow, food is less than good. The employees weren't very nice, the floors on the inside were greasy and the walls were dirty. I would not recommend.

Ordered at the drive thru at 4:45 and was told to wait at the front door in my car after about 10 minutes. Waited about 20 more minutes and saw employees walking around outside and on their phones, no hurry to get to their jobs. Even saw employees and other customers get their food before me. About 5 of them were sitting in the dining room talking and the rest were talking to an employee who stopped in to get a drink. It's owned by southpaw management if you've had similar problems.
