“I tried Blondies Doughnuts for the first time today and I LOVED them. I got the Snickerdoodle, Nutella Filled and the Banana Pudding doughnuts. As well as a Grandmas Sweet Roll cinnamon bun. Everything was so fresh and tasted delicious. Definitely going to make my way back to the Farmers Market for them again!!“

“Today we visited for the first time! Newbies to making our own Boba tea but also not super experienced in it in general. The owner was there and was so kind and walked us through the process. Offered samples of any tea we wanted, gave ideas for mixes based on general flavors we liked, and made suggestions we had not considered that turned out to make the drink so much better. He helped my 7 year old put hers together and let her do it. Made her feel special! He was overall such a nice guy and great to chat with. The place is super clean and welcoming and there are a ton of board games and several arcade type games to play. Such a great environment for the whole family. Everything was tasty and super affordable AND they offer a great military discount which was a fun bonus. I can see my family coming back many times for fun drinks and some quality game time together.“

“Loved the atmosphere, the sidewalk dining, the excellent and creative latte, and of course the St. Paddy's day cupcakes with the Lucky Charms (one topper per cupcake). I didn't actually eat one, that was pure eye candy, but we did thoroughly enjoy the two savory pastries we did have. ;) Nice people too.“

“Best bakery (& sandwiches) in area! European quality pastry shop, very fairly priced. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Quality is 100%! Having lived overseas and on the West Coast can say this is one of the best pastry shops ever visited. Annapolis is incredibly fortunate to have them in both Port Annapolis and Edgewater. And the small selection of sandwiches they offer is also outstanding! And delicious!“

“What an incredible bookstore coffee house. The type of place you'd likely find a rare 1st edition, and maybe bump ever so casually into Joe Goldberg (kidding! ?) The coffee hits with subtle floral notes along with a deeper nuanced profile of dark chocolate and caramel. Exceptionally smooth, with a lingering aftertaste that invites contemplation. Antique decorations adorn the walls and reading nooks hidden among the shelves invite longer stays, enveloping visitors in a cozy embrace that marries the love of literature with the passion for exquisite coffee.“

“What a lovely little discovery in Clock Tower Plaza! We don't find ourselves over here that often, but I'm so glad we went exploring one day. We were looking for baguettes in Maryland, and this charming bakery popped up in our search. Granted, they didn't have any straight-up bread for sale, but what we discovered was a sweet patisserie paradise! We tried a few different items to enjoy over a few days, such as macarons, petit fours, meringues, and a cupcake or two. Everything was simply divine. The sweets weren't super-sweet, so you could fully appreciate the nuances and subtleties in flavor. The flavors themselves were classic and creative, so you have your share of the familiar and the adventurous. But, everything tasted so very delicious. Our server was fast, friendly, and helpful with answering our questions. All in all, we probably walked out with more than we planned on, but it was totally worth the indulgence. I'm surprised the pastries lasted as long as they did once we got them home! Extreme self-control on our part.“

“The cookies were great! It's something about the chocolate cookies that are not my favorite after trying multiple different ones. The confetti milkshake, milk chocolate, and cookie skillet were my favorite the week I went!Parking: Got a parking spot right out front the building.“

“I had heard about this from a former coworker. Husband and I tried it for breakfast to go. The pastries looked great. I got the PB&J croissant and my spouse had the almond croissant. His was ready within two minutes. I had to wait on mine. And wait. I asked and was told "We'll call you when it is ready!". After 15 minutes I asked, loudly, where was my order? The staffer said "Oh it's here". It had been there the whole time. Now it was lukewarm. But it was delicious. Thus 4 stars. The staff should not act aloof. You work in a bakery, not Harrods! And take off the AirPods! It's a bad look in customer service. A tweek on service attitude and this place will be perfect ! . This place is open on Sundays.“

“Found out about this gem of a place on the Too Good to Go app. Have purchased from them twice now. Have tried the Banana Pudding, Chocolate Brownie Explosion, Caramel Cheesecake, cake pops, and several cookies (cookie butter, dulce de leche, snickerdoodle & chocolate chip. All have been delicious!!! They also do catering for various events. Highly recommend treating yourself to their treats!Parking: This business is located inside the Annapolis Mall near the red garage. You can park in that garage, or in the lot. All parking is free.Wheelchair accessibility: The storefront is wheelchair accessible as it’s located inside the Annapolis Mall.“
“Another example of the adage: great things come in small packages. I had been to three stores looking for almond bark to no success. I remembered that there was a candy store in Crofton that someone told me about at the gingerbread contest at Darnall Chance. So me and my son went there and after explaining to the owner what I was trying to make with the almond bark, she explained to me that that is mainly a Midwestern thing and suggested a substitute that would work just as well. The shop is very small but everything you need appears to be right there. And the owner couldn't be be kinder. We were engaged in a lengthy conversation about the gingerbread house competition in Upper Marlboro and it was really funny. It was nice to talk to her and the conversation just brightened our day because.......nobody talks to anybody anymore.“

“I went to take my son and his friend to the mall in Annapolis and I found this Jewel, a cozy place where everything is prepared fresh daily.I dared to get off to be poor and enjoy a deliciously foamy and balanced coffee, I ordered a latte, I loved it.For dessert we shared a dulce de tres leche, I was speechless, it was super delicious, not cloying and it was the best thing I ever tried, we also ordered the dulce de Paris, we liked it but normal. To take away I ordered a chocolate mouse that was also very delicious, but my favorite is definitely the tres leche dulce.Fully recommended, the only thing is that when we went there was a line to be served and we had to wait a little, but everything else was excellent, beautiful atmosphere and friendly service with super good energy. They also have tea's, hot and cold coffees, a variety of breads, desserts and cookies, ohh and I can't fail to mention that they also have ice creams that look on another level.“

“Love this place! Had read about it and tried for first time with my husband after shopping at Home Sense. Different set up. Entrees are in refrigerated shelves. You select, and either take home, or they will microwave there and bring to your table. Just a few tables without lots of room between them, and a counter with several stools. Food quality is wonderful! Very fresh, regional, and great for dairy free, gluten free, plant based. Tom had Pad Thai, I had Honey Chicken with rice, each about $14. Filling, fresh veggies, not too salty and great flavor! I mistakenly thought mine didn't have soy, and it did, but it was on a list on darker background on the label, up from where I looked first. Still OK. No real problems. Tons of healthy bakery choices.... we had Eskimo Bars ($5.75 for four pieces), with dates, coconut, cacao, oats, maple syrup etc. dairy and gluten free.) We each had one at lunch, and we have two left for later today. He had espresso, and I had a Vietnamese latte. Total was about $43, but really enjoyable and different. They started as a food truck and now have locations in St. Michael's, Easton and Annapolis (near Trader Joe's). Staff was just super. They have a great mural with their timeline, from food truck in 2016 until now. I'm a fan!Dietary restrictions: All products have ingredient labels. Good choices for plant based, dairy free, gluten free. Their niche is healthy, wonderful baked goods with no white sugar. Entrees... the labels have two ingredient lists.... one with the "main description," and one with the full list. I made the mistake of thinking mine didn't have soy, and it did.... I didn't notice the list on the darker background. Staff is really nice. Espresso bar... alternate milk choices, plus teas and smoothies. Really geared towards dietary restrictions, but with enjoyable, tasty food that I didn't think was overpriced for the quality.“

“I had been wanting to try this place out for a while. I went here for the first time on Saturday to get some work done. It was pretty busy & in the midst of me heading out after grabbing my order, I left my laptop case with my laptop & notebook inside. I didn’t even realize until the following evening. I went back Monday, spoke with Mykaleigh (not sure if I’m spelling that right), she called the manager that was in that Saturday & she came out the office with my laptop. I was soooo happy! Thank you to the team at Black Market and whoever found it to be kind enough to turn it in. We got a good laugh out of it & I got to try the Carrot Cake Scone Will definitely be back!“
